3 Bedroom caravan (1 Double, 2 twin), fully double glazed and central heating. The lounge has a flat screen colour TV (freeview) with dining table and chairs. The toilet is seperate to the shower room which is convenient for families. A pull-out sofa-bed in the lounge. The caravan comes fully equipped with all usual modern conveniences. A small washing line is also provided. Pillows and mattress have protective covers, Douvets are also provided. All other bed linen (sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases), towels (hand, bath, and beach) and toiletries are not provided. Pets allowed, 1 dog if well behaved and does not carry mud over the carpets. Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds.

Description

Barmouth Bay has direct access to the gorgeous specious beach. There's a swimming pool sign in, at reception to enter, offering additional safety. The site offers a laundette children's play area which includes a fenced enclosure for 5 aside football and basketball, as well as a separate play area next to it for younger children which includes slides, swings and a climbing frame. Next door to Barmouth Bay is The Sands Complex they have a fish and chip shop, a club/bar and amusements. Around the corner there is another complex with a restaurant and bar called 1957, amusements with coffee shop and another fish and chip shop. A few minutes walk will take you to a train station for days out to places like Pwllheli, Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth.

Lovely caravan very clean and everything was there we need for weekend away owner was very helpful just a short walk to beach and shops and restaurants close by also would definitely go back again

Very spacious, well equipped. Really well located for all amenities and the beach. Plus a short drive to Barmouth and surrounding areas. The accommodation has ample parking and has its own, fenced off outside space. The owner was very helpful and friendly, easy to deal with.

Owner's booking terms

RULES - We would like to keep our lovely 2nd home just as lovely for many year to come so we would appreciate it if all guests could follow the below.

No dogs / pets to be allowed on the furniture
No muddy / wet shoes to be worn through the caravan
Please ensure the cooker / grill is cleaned after use.
Please no smoking in or around the van
Please leave the van in the same condition as you found it to ensure the next guests get the same high standards as we would of set for you.
Please ensure the windows are all closed and the HEATING IS TURNED OFF on departure to save wasting gas if heating left on this will affect the refund of the retainer.
If you notice any problems let, please email us straight away so we can resolve.

The caravan is available for check in from 3 pm and I will send you details a week before your stay on how to collect your keys. Caravan must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure and minimum stay is three nights at the weekend or Monday to Friday I take £100 non refundable deposit to secure booking. If CV 19 restrictions prevent you coming I am happy to move the booking date. A £100 retainer fee is also taken which will be refunded within 5 days once caravan is checked.
