Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and gas hob, Fridge freezer, Microwave, toaster and all kitchen accessories. Tea towels supplied.
There is a dining seating area to eat your meals. Also a Highchair, Storage cupboards with all cleaning items, Hoover, Ironing board and Iron.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedding Supplied. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, Bedding Supplied. A Single wardrobe. Travel cot supplied if needed.
Family Bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle , washbasin, separate toilet. The decking area has a gate, and spacious with garden furniture, and our new Hot tub where you can relax and enjoy a drink,
Please treat it with care and when taking the lid off and on to take extra care as these are very expensive to replace. Please take care and follow the rules for the hot tub.
Any damages to the hot tub or the hot tub lid will be charged to you. Checks are taken out after your departure. Rules and guides on how to use the Hot tub is shown near Hot tub, due to new HSE rules the tub will be drained and cleaned after every guest changeover. Therefore it may NOT be at full temperature by check in time. It will however be ready later the same evening.
On check-in arrival day, With the mobile number you give us on booking, we text you to give you the directions on where on site our caravan is sited. We also give you the key code for the keypad unit for access into the caravan.
On departure day, please strip the bedding off beds please. Make sure all windows are closed securely and the door is locked. Make sure all lights are turned off including the outside one. With the Key code unit press the key code into keypad, place key back in unit and then press key code again, pull lever and place it into keypad unit. If the key is lost and not returned the cost will be deducted off the damage deposit.
No more then 8 people are allowed to stay in this caravan (8 Berth) for fire safety reasons and stated from the Park rules. Mobile number is provided if guests need us. All information on the Security who look after the Lakes are available in Guest folder. We expect you leave the caravan as you found it on arrival. otherwise you lose your £100 deposit.
We are situated in a quiet part of the park, but close to all amenities. It is about a 5 min walk to the Entertainment centre. The park is very popular with lots of facilities and activities.
Please be aware that we do not include entertainment passes. These can be purchased from the reception on arrival. They are priced per caravan not per person. No Smoking is allowed in the caravan.
We ask if you do smoke cigarettes can you use the sand tin that is provided outside and not to put cigarettes out on the decking or throw over decking on the grass, as it looks awful to our surroundings and not good for the ducks. We do not allow disposable barbecues. If you are going to bring one, it has to be on legs. Barbecues are not allowed to be put on the decking please, due to heat on the plastic decking. Plenty of room at the side of the caravan on the grass. Please don't use glass table to place (disposable ones) on.

A deposit of 20% is required with any booking, (non- refundable if holiday is cancelled by yourselves. A £100 refundable damages deposit is required and is refunded after checks within 1 day of departing caravan holiday. Alternative dates will be offered if booking date is cancelled. A Booking form needs to be filled in before I accept the booking.
Remaining balance of holiday cost is due 4 weeks before holiday. You can also pay your balance over a payment plan if preferred.
