• The Bungalow Camp Caravan Park is a family holiday park catering to a family audience. We do not accept bookings of single sex parties or from groups of young people.
• A key fee deposit of one hundred pounds (£100.00) is payable on arrival via credit/debit card. A holding deposit will be placed on your card and refunded within 10 days of your departure date, after inspection of your caravan and as long as no problems are found. The key deposit is for any damages or breakages that may occur in the caravan during your stay and any evidence of smoking within the caravan. Please report to reception any discrepancies or problems with your caravan within 24 hours of your arrival.
• All guests are asked to respect others’ right to peace and tranquility. Behavior which is unbecoming, disorderly, indecent or in any way offensive or in breach of criminal law will not be tolerated and may lead to eviction from the park. In that instance no refund will be made and we shall have no further liability to you.
• Radios, CDs, music systems and any other musical instruments must be used inside your caravan only and with discretion so as not to cause annoyance to other people.
• Please be considerate – no loud noises after 10:00pm.
• Office opening hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm daily.
• Your accommodation will be available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Kindly inform Management at Reception if you decide to leave before your departure date.
• Rotary wash lines are provided in designated areas. Please make use of these and don’t hang washing lines in between the caravans.
• No external fires or barbecues are permitted.
• One car can be parked beside your caravan. Additional cars must go in the main car park.
• Vehicles must not be driven on the park after the consumption of alcohol.
• Bicycles must be used on roadways only and extreme care should be exercised at all times. Parents, or those with parental responsibility, will be held liable for damage caused by children under their care, whether on bicycles or in any other way.
• We strongly advise that children must not be left unattended or without adequate supervision in caravans or elsewhere. Parents or those with parental responsibility will be responsible for the actions of their children.
• The accommodation and all contents must be kept in the condition in which you find them. Accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage.
• Only those people named on the booking form are entitled to occupy the accommodation at any one time. On breach of this condition the booking will be cancelled. No refund will be made for the unexpired portion of that booking.
• Park property must not be damaged or defaced.
• We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to owners’ property unless we are at fault. In particular personal possessions should not be left unattended, and valuables should be kept with you at all times. ...Show less
