New to the rental market is our 2 Bedroom Caravan with huge balcony on Southview Leisure Park, Skegness.
Situated right at the front of the site in a prime location near Reception, the show bar and children's entertainment, the amusement arcade, fish & chip shop and next to the bus and taxi rank for easy journey's into Skegness /Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards.
Just a 5 min walk away is the Leisure Centre with Swimming Pool and slide & gym/sauna, crazy golf, the boathouse bar and restaurant and the golf course. There are 2 fishing lakes on this site too enough to keep any fisherman busy. Passes are required for entertainment/pool and additional charges to the site will apply for golf/day ticket fishing. There are several outdoor play areas on site and outdoor seating to enjoy a drink or meal whilst watching the younger family members play.
Caravan Facilities:
37ft Long and 12ft Wide. 1 very spacious Living Area with 2 x 3 seater sofa's.
2 Bedrooms, 1 x very spacious with King Size bed, lots of storage space and dressing table, lots of room around the bed. 1 Twin room with wardrobe, dressing table and 2 single beds.
Double Glazed and Heated throughout
1 Bathroom with heated towel radiator, towel storage area, toilet , vanity unit and large shower.
TV and DVD Player or a combi in the living area and in both bedrooms. The living area and master bedroom both have Freeview.
Fridge with Freezer compartment, kettle, 4 slice toaster, Microwave, Iron, Ironing Board, & Hairdryer provided. Dining Table and 4 Chairs
Private hard standing parking for up to 2 vehicles is available right in front of the caravan
On Site Wi-Fi can be purchased through your own device.
Huge full length veranda - 8ft wide along the full length of the caravan, plus 20 ft wide at the back of the caravan so we have the sun all day.
A £100 Security and Care Bond is always taken in addition to hire fees - refunded after the caravan is checked and has been left without damage, with all contents as found and in a reasonably tidy state.
The caravan is only available to families and couples and unfortunately no pets will be permitted. Only Saturday-Saturday bookings are taken as full deep cleans will take place after each booking.
We are a non smoking caravan but smoking is permitted on the veranda.
Duvets and all pillows are provided including mattress and pillow protectors, please leave these in place but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow covers and all towels needed for your stay.
A £100 non refundable deposit will be required to book your stay with the balance due 6 weeks before your start date.
Non refundable deposits, outstanding balance and security bonds can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.
Passes are £19.95 per adult and £14.95 per child per week.
