THE HIRER MUST BE OVER 25 TO BOOK THIS CARAVAN
1. Bookings are made on a caravan only basis. Entertainment passes can be
purchased separately at additional cost.
COVID GUARANTEE
If at any time prior to arrival your holiday is affected by COVID-19 such as
localised travel restrictions, illness, self-isolation etc. you will be offered a full
no quibble refund or date change whichever you prefer. Date changes subject
to availability and price difference being me. We do ask that you inform us as
soon as possible of any problems relating to your holiday.
2. Payment: There is a £100 refundable security deposit required prior to arrival.
Full balance is to be paid no later than 28 days before your holiday is due to
start. Deposit will be returned within 48 hours of departure provided the
caravan is left clean, tidy and damage free. Breakages and any damages will
be charged at a pro rata rate.
3. Non-payment: If no contact or payment is received by the due dates, the
booking will be cancelled with no refunds and the dates will be re-advertised.
4. You must inform the caravan owner if you or any of your party contract an
infectious or contagious disease during your stay this is to ensure other
people’s safety and hygiene.
5. The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown on the
confirmation email from the owners.
6. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people and at no time must this be
exceeded. Only occupants registered on the booking form can occupy the
caravan, if anyone is found you will be asked to leave forfeiting the rest of
your holiday with no refund of monies. Changes to the booking form by prior
approval only.
7. Access to Caravan: The Caravan Owners or their representatives shall be
allowed access to the holiday caravan at any reasonable time during any
holiday occupancy.

8. The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples.
Same sex groups are not permitted.
9. We welcome a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. You will be responsible
for any damage caused or additional cleaning required. Throws are
provided for soft furnishings. We ask that you refrain from allowing dogs to
sleep in beds.
When on Park, dogs must always be kept on a lead, and if they foul their
owners must clean up after them. Dogs must always be supervised by an
adult and not left alone in the caravan. Large or threatening dogs and
puppies (less than six months old) will not be accepted. Dogs are allowed
on the beach under supervision.
Please ensure your dog wears a collar and identity tag and is always on a
lead under the control of a responsible adult. We reserve the right to require
the owner of any dog or pet considered a nuisance, or to be affecting the
comfort of guests, to remove it from the Park – no compensation will be
given for early termination of holiday. We do not allow any breeds of dog
listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
10. Patio furniture is provided for your enjoyment. Please ensure any
associated cushions or items which may be damaged through moisture
are not left outside overnight.
11. Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. Smoking is permitted outside, please
ensure you clean up afterwards. Smoking inside will result in additional
cleaning fees being applied up to £75.
12. The area surrounding your hire caravan must always be kept clean and tidy.
13. Park speed limits must not be exceeded. Please always pay attention to
children playing.
14. Craig Tara Holiday Park is a family holiday park and anyone whose
unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be
asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of the holiday. Please always keep noise
to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and
occupiers. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the park
early. If security is called to any occurrence within the caravan you will be
asked to leave immediately.
15. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by
the park.
16. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
17. Do not disarm smoke alarms.
18. All electrical and domestic goods and heaters must be switched off upon
leaving the caravan.
19. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and other linen items are provided. All
bed linen to be removed from beds and placed with towels in the collection
bag provided.
20. Park rules always apply.
21. Craig Tara Holiday Park and we will not be responsible for any personal
loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle
(including any persons under age 18 years of age).
22. The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any
obligation to give a reason.
23. All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety
checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
24. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
25. The Caravan must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure and
please time your arrival to be not before 3.00 pm.
26. All damages to be paid for in full. All damage to be reported as soon as
possible. Do not attempt any DIY repairs.
27. Personal information gathered during the process of booking and payment
will only be used by ourselves and our Credit Card processing company
to fulfil the terms of the order as detailed in these terms and conditions. All
information will be Stored securely and will never be shared with a third
party. We do not store Bank Details.

28. Key is your responsibility; please make sure it is always safe as a
replacement key will be charged at £20.00. If new lock is required, it is a
£50.00 charge. If Craig Tara is called to Caravan to change lock, payment
will be deducted from deposit.
29. Precautions must be taken when using Bath or Shower in caravans as they
could be slippery. When it is raining, decking’s can be slippery, please walk
slow carefully. Rugs where provided are movable and care should be
taken. Rugs can be placed under beds if you feel you need to move them
although on departure day they must be placed back in original spots.
30. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided; at no time are they to be dried
over heaters. Clothes lines are not be erected. Please remove any dirty
footwear when entering the caravan.
31. DVD’s may not play certain discs, smart tv may freeze at certain times, WIFI
may be slow or intermittent especially during peak season. These are all
provided free of charge to enhance your holiday experience. Play station,
games, board games toys etc. are not be removed from the caravan under
any circumstances. TVs in bedroom are provided at no extra charge. If
bedroom TV’s become damage or stop working, we cannot guarantee these
will be replaced during your holiday.
32. The caravan has a 16amp electrical supply & the installation allows for
Diversity in that not all appliances are likely to be used at the same
time. The electric heaters within the units are limited to 400w (1.6amps)
each, therefore you may need to limit the number of heaters used if you are
cooking and using kitchen appliances simultaneously
33. Please note that it is a condition of booking that you agree not to plug in
additional heaters. As this is recognised as an electrical safety issue. You
may be charged for reconnection if the overload trips due to unauthorised
use of additional heaters
