Accommodation as follows;
1 Double en-suite bedroom with a walk in wardrobe
1 Twin room which can convert to a double if needed
Lovely size family bathroom with large walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, towel rail and plenty of shelving
Fully fitted kitchen, gas cooker, fridge freezer with all you will require for a lovely holiday
Dinning room
Living room with comfy seating , pull out double bed if needed , large smart tv , French doors leading on to a veranda with rattan seating for those lovely summer evenings over looking a wild life pond
A large patio area with a picnic bench and parasol beside the caravan with car parking
We are happy to take 7 night stays or more and a 10% reduction will be applied

Pendine Sands Beach stretches 7 miles long, making it ideal for walks, rock pooling with the kids , sunbathing and a splash in the sea - with plenty of room to spread out, no matter the time of year. It's easy to see why this beach has been recognised as one of the UK's finest, with plenty of awards under its belt. If you're feeling adventurous, why not try horse riding along the sands?

On park you'll find everything from amusements to an indoor swimming pool, as well as two adventure playgrounds, a brilliant family-friendly restaurant for all-day dining and a Showbar for evening entertainment.
Within Pendine itself there is an excellent complement of shops , cafe's pubs, launderette, award winning Chinese restaurant situated on the beach, hire a canoe or have some surf board lessons from the beach side there's also some lovely ice cream available for all the family to enjoy

Booked with Esther & David to stay in there beautiful caravan. It was like going home to home. Lovely size caravan that had everything that we needed. Very homely. My family & I had a fantastic holiday in pendine. We have fallen in love with Pendine sands and the caravan. Cannot wait to book again. The complex is right by the sea & local Chinese. There is loads to do from arcades to entertainment. The restaurant on the complex was lovely had a lovely park for my son to play in. There is a lovely swimming pool on site aswell. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you wanted to venture out we went to folly farm which was only 20 mins away also tenby it self which isnt far. All in all we would love to go back again.

Just arrived back from a lovely few days in Pendine. A beautiful caravan very high standards a five star. Everything you need, spotlessly clean and a lovely veranda to sit and relax and enjoy the sun. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a perfect getaway. We will certainly be returning.

Just back from a lovely weekend in this spotlessly clean caravan. Very well looked after caravan with a walk in wardrobe and the owner kindly includes bedding, hand soap, washing up items as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Highly recommend especially the veranda when the sun is shining!

All bookings and park facilities are subject to the current government restrictions. For further information on what facilities are available during your break, please ask at time of booking.

Pendine Holiday Park rules mean we can only hire our caravan out to individuals over 18yrs old or families and no single sex groups either (No stag or Hen parties are allowed)

Arrival time is 4:00pm and departure is by 10:00am to allow sufficient time for cleaning before our next guests arrive. Any guests arriving before 4.00pm may have to wait outside or elsewhere on the park until the cleaners have finished due to the covid cleaning rules.

Price includes all gas and electricity costs, (mains connected).

A £100 ( refundable) deposit per week deducted from cost of the break is required with a completed booking form to secure the caravan for the dates you request the full refund applies as long as we are given a minimum of 2 weeks notice of cancellation after which will only apply if the caravan is let out for the dates you have booked . Your booking will be confirmed via email and post. Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival including an additional £50.00 security bond to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the holiday which will be returned within 7 days of departure if there is no damage or breakages and keys being returned.

Passes to access the on-site facilities can be purchased from the main reception on arrival, as we are unable to issue them ourselves (they have to be supplied by reception , - or we can send you the necessary application form for you to complete and forward directly to Pendine Park to ensure the passes are ready for collection on your arrival.
