Carrie was extremely helpful, communication was excellent both before and during our stay. Caravan itself was very clean , equip with everything you could need for a family of four. Large selection of dvds and Xbox games were helpful for rainy days. Lots to do in the local area, our children particularly enjoyed the Berwick leisure centre swimming pool which had slides. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you so much again

Just had the best 4 nights at Carrie’s beautiful caravan. Was spotlessly clean and felt like home from home. Furthermore the view from the balcony was so beautiful & peaceful. Literally a 4/5 min walk to all the Amenities & Entertainment. Highly recommended and definitely be back soon. Thankyou!! ????????????????????

Just returned from a lovely break with our 5 year old son. We really enjoyed the park, beach and facilities on site and its an easy walk to town too. The caravan is very clean, modern and spacious, a place that’s easy to relax in. Communication with Carrie was easy and very friendly too. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Had a great time away in this lovely cosy holiday home. The location is great with a gorgeous view over looking the sea. The caravan was incredibly clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommended it and will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely caravan with a veranda for a great view over the sea! The caravan was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Carrie the owner was very quick to respond to emails and texts couldn’t fault the communication. We would highly recommend a stay in this caravan we were highly satisfied.

Myself and my husband have just returned from having had a fabulous few days in this stunning caravan, it really is a home from home and has everything that you need at your finger tips. The views are beautiful looking out to see and the weather was great so we could sit on veranda and have coffee in the morning , the owner Carrie so so helpful and booking was so straight forward we can’t wait to return , if anyone is looking for a home from home break this is the caravan for you . My self and my partner have just stayed at this beautiful caravan over the August Bank holiday weekend. Carrie ( the owner ) provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The booking process was very easy, and the check in was seamless. The caravan its self is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Everything you needed was in the caravan. The sofas and beds were really comfortable, and there was lots of hanging space for clothes. There was also an iron and ironing board, which was great! The shower was really good, usually in caravans they are a bit poor, but this one was really powerful. The location of the site is really good, a short walk to the beach and golf course. The caravan itself is in a great location with lovely sea views. The onsite shop had surprisingly reasonable prices. It is a short walk to Berwick where there are decent restaurants and shops. We had a few nice meals out and about in Berwick. I would defiantly like to return and would like to thank the owner again for their great hospitality.

This was our second stay in this lovely clean, well maintained caravan. Beds comfortable one bedroom had en-suite. DVDs provided if the weather is bad and there are plenty to choose from. The site is lovely and clean lots to do just a short walk to beach. We Will definitely be going back. Fantastic couple to deal with xx

Just home from our 4 night stay in this lovely caravan, we absolutely loved our stay here! The caravan is very spacious, warming and comfortable and also fully equipped with everything you will need throughout your stay. Great location with very easy access to the beach. We recently enjoyed a great week away in this beautiful caravan. It is very well equipped including 2 TVs and a DVD player. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and very clean. After a day exploring or on the beach we loved to sit out on the decking and enjoy a few drinks. We hope to return in the future and enjoy waking up to the sea views again.

Fantastic week in this lovely caravan. Perfect for two adults and 15 month old, nice powerful warm shower, comfy bed and bonus having an en-suite! Kitchen was fully equipped and huge fridge and freezer. Plenty of DVDs If the weather is on the turn too! The site itself is great too, with just a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pottery painting and food was nice too. Highly recommended
