The caravan was clean and comfortable with Netflix WiFi children’s games air fryer coffee machine even coffee pods biscuits and milk on arrival (complimentary). Very professional instructions sent via e-mail would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well equipped caravan in a lovely location near to theNorthumbrian coast. Having two older children, it was great they could have a bedroom each although the beds are more suited to smaller children. It was great to have Netflix although service was intermittent. Kirsten was a great host and provided all the information we needed. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at Haggerston Castle. Caravan was nice and clean but the Wi-Fi was very poor.

Lovely clean caravan. Situated not too far from all amenities. Plenty on sore for children my only bug bare being the cost of the passes for what they actually do…

But I do provide a full information pack with lots of great fun things to do in the local area at a fraction of the price, so I’ll make sure to add more options into this going forward

We left a day early as the lack of Wi-Fi and a working tv made it impossible for the boys to use their tech gadgets. Caravan was excellent except for Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately the guest hadn’t realised they were viewing radio channels, which was why no picture was showing on the TV screen. I had offered for an on site engineer to come down if required, but this offer was not taken up. We explain in our booking information pack, due to our beautiful rural location, sometimes the WiFi signal can be unpredictable, so we provide lots of DVDs, books and games to allow guests to enjoy some family time when the local WiFi mast is struggling with demand

Just back from a fabulous few days stay in this lovely van. we booked very last minute (literally 2hrs before arrival) due to our initial holiday abroad being cancelled. Kirsten was very accomodating and sorted everything out for us before we arrived. The van itself was a real home from home, the kids loved the toys and books that had thoughtfully been left for them and the facilities in the van were second to none, from plastic cutlery, cups and plates for the kids, to a coffee machine for the grown ups. everything we needed was provided, iron, hairdryer, highchair, bed rails, cleaning items, tea bags etc. couldn't have asked for more! location wise we were just minutes from the main complex in a lovely, quiet spot near the lake. The kids loved waking up to see ducks and swans with their babies wandering about outside. communication from the host was amazing from start to finish. We were provided with so much information about what was on, what was available to do on and off site, where the best placed to eat were, how everything worked in the van etc. which was most helpful being our first time on this resort, made everything so much easier! can not fault this place in any way, just wish we had booked for longer! we most certainly will be back very, very soon! We booked this last minute. The caravan was really well presented and the communication from the owner was great! We travelled with 3 kids and our dog we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% book this caravan again.

We came here last October. We were very disappointed. It was a suprise for my family and we took my older parents. My poor mum had to deep clean. It was disgusting. There was also a distinct smell of cat. It was a very upsetting experience. Owner was nice enough.

This review is incredibly surprising as our guests either side of this stay left great reviews and I had also stayed the week before with my son who has allergies and there was no issue at all. We do state in our pack to let us know immediately of any issues and we can rectify. Given it was such a special anniversary trip for your parents, I was surprised this wasn’t done immediately? I would have had the cleaning team inspect the van immediately and if needed move you to a new van.

What a fantastic caravan and owner. Very attentive and always available if help is needed. Lovely location not far from complex and a short walk to the beautiful lake. The caravan come equipped with everything you need such as iron, ironing board hair dryer toys books games. Will definitely be booking again with this owner 10/10 from us
