Sleeps 8, 1 double en suite, 2x twin bedroom, sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.
Dining Area - freestanding table and chairs.
The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.
Situation - The caravan is situated on Karo Place 5 minutes walk to the complex.
The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Please note: Due to coronavirus restrictions, some facilities may not be open, most things are available with advance booking slots due to Haven restricting numbers for COVID safety.

Park Rules - we cannot accept any bookings of persons all of the same sex or groups of persons under the age of 25.

We keep our prices reasonable and under what Haven would charge you but please note that they do not include passes to the entertainment and facilities at Devon Cliffs. These must be purchased separately from the site.
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking to secure your holiday (this is included in the price)
£100 security bond Due with final payment 6 weeks prior to your holiday, the security bond is a refundable bond and is refunded 7days of your departure if the van is left in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish removed & no damage or missing items.
If the holiday is less than 6 weeks away, full payment plus bond is required upon booking.
