Enjoy a touch of luxury in our sea view, 2 bedroom Swift Vendee Lodge. Extra wide at 13 feet, a pet friendly holiday home within the popular and beautiful Haven site Perran Sands. With WIFI & 42" Smart TV included, plus washing machine & dishwasher.

We are in a wonderful position with sea views on West Dunes, the caravan has a full wrap around decking area where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer and sit back and see and hear the ocean. The walkway to the beach is a stones throw away.

Our caravan offers full central heating and double glazing, plus an electric fire in the living area. From our living area we have French doors leading onto a wonderful decked area, which includes patio furniture, perfect for chilling or keeping the smaller child in a safe and secure area.

Within our living area we have 2 free standing sofas, one of which folds out into a double metal action spring bed so our caravan can comfortably sleep 6 persons (no more). There is also a dining table and 4 chairs, a coffee table, 2 footstools, a 42" Smart TV.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, an integrated fridge/freezer and all crockery and cutlery.

Within the shower room there is a double width shower, WC and wash basin.

Our caravan has 2 bedrooms the master bedroom has a double bed with domestic king size mattress, wardrobe, very roomy dressing area with mirror and stool, and an en-suite shower, wc with wash basin and storage. Our second bedroom have 2 single beds, a wardrobe and lots of storage. We can also supply our own travel cot.

We provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors (please use them). You would have to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Outside we have our own 2 car parking bay.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain play passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception or in advance(prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

Absolutely lovely well equipped caravan/Lodge, could not fault it . Spotless and very comfatable in a great spacious location . The guys at perran escapes were very attentive from the start and they are a credit as well as the cleaners to the hospitality industry. The park itself very clean and spacious and great for the dogs. We shall without a doubt be recommending as well as returning. Mother and son with 2 happy whippets ????

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
