A fabulous caravan, located in Piran Point, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to the dunes, whilst being only a short walk from the site amenities.

Welcome to our beautiful pet friendly 2 bedroom Willerby Avonmore caravan on the Beautiful Haven site Perran Sands.

A fabulous caravan, located in Piran Point, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to the dunes, whilst being only a short walk from the site amenities.

This 'Prestige' caravan is 35ft x 12ft, double glazed and centrally heated throughout and sleeps 6.

The lounge area is light, airy and spacious, with a flame effect electric fire and feature fire surround with mirror and shelving. The L-shaped seating is extremely comfortable and there's also a coffee table and 32" LCD TV and DVD. The striking soft furnishings and pastel shades help to create a pleasant and soothing ambience.

The dining area seats 4 people comfortably and offers a free standing table and chairs, with overhead lighting.

The modern, contemporary, U-shaped kitchen, kitted out in walnut and cream, boasts an integrated 60/40 fridge/freezer, a gas cooker/hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are ample work surfaces, cupboard storage and drawers adequately packed with crockery and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a double bed with upholstered headboard, ample wardrobe and cupboard space and an en-suite with WC and basin. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and cupboard space. pillows and duvets are provided (bring your own linen)

The bathroom is complete with WC, basin and walk-in signature shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower.

Outside there is a spectacular decking area with garden furniture where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer while enjoying the wonderful views of the Dunes enabling you to relax on those warm, sunny Cornish evenings.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain play passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception or purchase in advnce (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
