Pepper Pot Lodge is a comfortable, cosy static caravan with all the equipment you’ll need for a lovely break away with family or friends.

It sleeps 6 people and has a king size bed in the master bedroom with anew Simba mattress, touch control bedside lamps, double wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, drawers and dressing table as well as an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Luxury bedding is provided along with towels.

The master bathroom has wc, basin and walk in shower cubicle and a heated towel rail.

The kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave as well as kettle & toaster and plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery for all your self catering needs. (Both indoor and outdoors)

There’s a dining area to seat 6 and a large corner sofa, smart TV and Alexa and an electric log effect fire. There is central heating throughout and controlled by a google nest for maximum comfort.

Outside there’s a patio area with seating as well as a couple of bistro sets you can move around to chase the sun (or shade, whatever your preference) There is private parking for one vehicle. There is parking nearby for additional cars.

The lido site is set in acres of woodland and has the River Nidd flowing through it. Perfect for walkers and wild swimmers. You can walk along the river into Knaresborough where you’ll find a host of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops as well as the market. It has a brand new play park for children, a couple of cafes, bar and restaurant and sports bar with outdoor and indoor seating. There’s a small shop and launderette too.

Outside the site is the St James retail park with M&S food store and other shops as well as a McDonald’s! There’s also a bus stop nearby with regular buses into Harrogate and Knaresborough. There’s also a great swimming baths nearby with slides and Jacuzzis. Lots of the local takeaways will deliver straight to your caravan too.

The site is just off the A59 so it’s perfect to explore the surrounding Areas of York, Harrogate and Wetherby.
