Went for a five day break over the Easter holidays with our young daughter. Caravan was perfect for us, very cosy yet spacious with all the amenities you would expect and all in good working order. The owner was there via email or text if we had any issues, which they resolved immediately. The site itself is clean and relatively quiet. There is a relaxes atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and there to help when needed.

We turned up after a 3 hour drive to find we had to pay an extra cost of 15 to get to caravan,this was never mentioned at booking..once in the van we put the heating on, it was apparent no heat came from the panel on ceiling or the blow heater on floor..the single bedroom smelt very strongly of urine which on closer inspection came from the mattresses.. the main bedroom was so cramped by a bed that was too big for the room.the setter area was threadbare in parts. We sat with our coats on for over an hour and half with no warmth at all and a very depressing small caravan..looks so Much brighter and bigger in the actual pictures online.. we then decided it wasnt viable to stay in for 2 nights and I let the owner know..there was no offer of our money back or anything.. I asked for our deposit back and she said it's nothing to do with her..we then had to pay out for another van as our daughter was looking forward to her holiday .feel so let down by this owner in respect of how she dealt with all this..I really wouldnt recomend this van at all..

So sorry to hear this??? As you didn't mention anything other than you couldn't get warm to me threw your email after only being there a hour if you had been honest I could of been incontact with our cleaner to see if mattress were unusable?? And to help with all the heating as the caravan is really toastie with all the heating on??? And as in your email you said you only expect your deposit back as it was your choice to leave as you said the only thing that was wrong was you couldn't get it warm and your daughter was waiting on a lung transplant. Bit of honesty with me personal would of gone a long way as we have never had any other complaints?? Thank you all reviews are welcome

Lovely caravan, easy to access and the owner was great with her instructions I would stay here again . Great on site facilities and up to date sports bar and club .
