Parking is right outside the caravan which takes the stress out of unpacking and packing of those heavy cases the new decking as shallow steps to help with access.

This charming holiday home is well furnished with contemporary and stylish decor throughout. A welcoming and spacious lounge featuring two large two-seater sofas and a comfortable high backed chair with ample scatter cushions.

Separated from the kitchen the lounge is equipped with TV with freeview, DVD player, electric fire and double fold out bed.

The BK Senator also comes with Double Glazed windows and is central heated throughout for those nights if it gets a little bit cold.

The kitchen comes with a high level grill, oven and integral microwave oven. Theirs a large fridge and freezer and a 5 ring hob gas burner with extractor canopy.

The dinning room area consists of 4 chairs and a space saving design table.

Modern spacious well equipped kitchen that is a pleasant place for preparing those holiday meals with ample preparation area.

Bedroom 1: which is the master bedroom and contains one large double bed and floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes. This room is fitted out with tasteful décor and a Tv for that late night viewing. The master bedroom as en-suite toilet and wash basin with mirrored cabinet.

Bedroom 2: has two single size beds and a central dressing table, these can be adjusted to accommodate a single bed they will also convert to a double bed if required.

There is a main bathroom with large walk in shower unit which is thermostatically controlled

The decking is the full length of the caravan and it as shallow steps to help make the access to the caravan as easy as possible. On the decking we have a table and 4 chairs (6 if required) with a parasol ready for those sunny days all this makes sitting outside that little bit more private.

Free onsite carp fishing lake less then a five minute walk away. Set in a scenic backdrop of Snowdonia National Park (12.5 miles away).

Funworks passes are not included in the price quoted.

We want you to enjoy your caravan holiday but at the same time respect our property and because of this we have set out a few rules that we need you to follow.

Their will be a £60.00 deposit (non-refundable) required on booking.
Arrival 2.00 PM onwards and departure times 12.00 Noon.
No under 21’s will be permitted to book the caravan.
The caravan must be cleaned throughout before leaving.
The bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
