As family owners, we have tried to think of everything we could do to make sure that your break with us is as stress free as possible. We know what it's like to try and pack everything you might need into the car only to find when you get there there is no milk or teabags for that essential first brew. That's why we provide a welcome hamper with some essentials and those little extra touches without extra cost.

In 2023 there will be some amazing new attractions at Butlins skegness

With the new Skypark, 4 new rides in the fairground, a new arcade and open air cafe all due to be open by easter 2023, the owners are really investing in the site.
These are in addition to the fantastic Splashworld and all the shows and redcoat entertainment that you have come to expect from this family resort.

In the 5½ since we bought our first caravan and welcomed our first guests, our aim has always been to provide as much as we can for a fair price and do everything we can to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible. We put our high rate of returning customers down to listening to constructive criticism and suggestions.
We don't believe in adding extra charges. everything we provide is included in the price you see.
2 Adult & 2 Child entertainment wristbands are included in the price of family breaks and extra wristbands are available for larger groups. (see below for pricing)

Now we either own, or manage, 12 caravans at Butlins Skegness and, with the help of our partners, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service and equipment in all of them. A link to all of the caravans can be found at the bottom.

NEWS REGARDING CHANGES MADE BY BUTLINS FOR THE 2023 SEASON
The main effect on your break is that from the start of 2022 Butlins decided to remove the price cap on entertainment passes.
Previously, there was a maximum price any family would pay. Now ALL guests must purchase an entertainment wristband.
The GOOD news is that they have kept entertainment wristbands at the same price as 2022.

(These are not available through Butlins direct or at the gate and if you don't have a wristband pre-ordered when you arrive, they WILL NOT let you enter).

With all of our bookings we will ask for a deposit to secure the dates. This deposit will be added to the total cost of the break as we will then use that deposit as a security bond which will be returned to you after the caravan has been checked and found to be in a good condition.

The deposit is £75 when booked directly with us. There is no extra booking fee.

This 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan has Double glazing and central heating,
has a gated decking area with rattan patio furniture and a private tarmac parking space.
On entering you will find a welcome hamper with some essentials and a few treats. The last thing you want after a long journey is to go to the shops for some milk.
In the Lounge area there is a Smart Tv with Netflix connected to the free unlimited Wi-Fi which has been upgraded to provide even more band width, An X-Box 360 with 2 controllers and a selection of games suitable for all ages, A smart speaker and various DVD's, books and board games.
On into the kitchen, as well as the items you would expect to find in the kitchen, we provide all the little things you will need, such as washing up liquid, hand towels and tea-towels, tea, coffee & sugar along with condiments. there is a Dulce Gusto coffee machine with some pods waiting. There is also a full size fridge/freezer and a dishwasher
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms, 1 of these can be converted to a double if requested. (there is a pull-out double bed hidden in the lounge). Each of the bedrooms has a Tv and bedding can be provided free of charge upon request.
The Shower room houses a small bath with an overhead shower and a hand wash basin. Again, we provide toilet rolls, hand soap and hand sanitiser. There is a separate toilet down the corridor.

A Highchair, Travel cot, bed guard and push chair can be provided on request. Again, no extra charge.

The only thing we do not provide is bath towels.

We enjoyed our stay in this caravan, we had two teenagers with us so the free wi fi was brilliant, the caravan was abit small for us, the bedrooms and the toilet but the things that was in the van made up for this (wifi--x box--the welcome hamper which is just what you need after a long journey to have tea coffee and milk there to make a brew) the owners where very quick to answer any questions I had ,We would stay in one of there caravans again just bigger, thank you for letting us stay in your caravan with two big dogs as most people only let small dogs go into there vans, the gated veranda was great for keeping the dogs in.

We're glad you had a good time. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about the bedroom size , they are fairly standard size and the caravans that are made with bigger bedrooms have to lose that space somewhere else. Glad you appreciated the welcome pack. we try to include things in the caravan we would want if we were staying there. thank you

We just returned from a fantastic holiday (mon-fri ) and didn't want leave, we wish we booked for a little longer!. The caravan was warm, cosy and had everything we needed and more with the little thoughtful touches by the owners. The caravan as a whole felt like a home from home, was close to butlins and the owners kindly emailed us via uk caravans to check in and too see if we were okay, We couldn't ask for more. The only thing that was a slight issue was the cleanliness as I did find a few hairs in the bath but other than that we all loved it and would definitely book to stay again. Thankyou so much for making our holiday one to remember

We’ve just returned from a Mon - Fri stay and had the best week away that we didn’t want to leave! Couldn’t fault the accommodation at all - was warm and cosy, in a great location (especially with a small dog) and had everything we needed and more - very much a home from home! Thank you very much, we will definitely be returning in the future.

We have just got home from a wonderful weekend, everything was perfect, lovely homely caravan with everything you will ever need! close to butlins, we paid daily for the all you eat buffet in the deck and it was brilliant, very clean, very spacious and lovely food. the panto was amazing, as were all the shows especially pj masks. all the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. arcades could have more in the 2p machine, but thats just a tiny niggle, overall the best holiday!

Owner's booking terms

Booking Alterations and Amendments

All alterations and amendments will incur a minimum £25 charge once the details have been submitted to Butlins If, however you have purchased the correct number of passes, you have until 28 days before your stay to add or change the names and dates of birth before incurring any extra charge

IMPORTANT
If you arrive on site with additional people or different persons to those on the booking form, or require an amendment on the day. These changes will incur a fee of £50 + additional costs for extra passes etc.

It is important that you check your paperwork beforehand as you cannot buy additional passes yourself. We have to do it on your behalf and Butlins will charge us for any changes to your booking. If for any reason Butlins refuse entry or ask you to leave the site, NO REFUND will be given. We are also unable to intercede on your behalf. All Butlins decisions are final and we have no influence or control over them.

A deposit of £75 per caravan booked is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 42 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 42 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £75 per caravan booked will be made.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guests to the caravans property or structure. Or, replacing any items that are removed from the caravan by them without consent. Should this damage or loss come to light after the guests have departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
