You have the entire holiday home
WIFI is virtually non-existent on the park, should you require the WIFI it is available around the complex but not in the holiday home. Please make sure you have adequate data to tether your mobile or bring a dongle. Phone signal can be interrupted.
We have made the following changes to keep you safe during this time.
1. Unfortunately, this affects some of the personal touches you would have benefitted from. Our main priority is to keep you, our cleaning staff and our family as safe as possible during the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
We have decided to remove these personal items to minimise the contact between our guests, ourselves and our cleaning staff:
Books
DVDs
Games
Ornaments
Soft furnishings such as rugs, cushions & throws
All bedding including duvets and pillows
2. Removal of rubbish
Guests must ensure that no rubbish whatsoever is left in the caravan. This is to minimise our cleaning staff from coming into contact with anything you have touched. If any rubbish is left behind an extra charge will be deducted from your security bond. We have to protect our staff which is why this is so important.
3. Bedding
We have removed all bedding and will no longer provide duvets or pillows during this uncertain time. Clean mattress protectors will be provided and must be removed and sealed in the bag provided.
We understand that bringing duvets, pillows and linen is difficult when going on holiday so we have sourced a rental service you can use should you wish to do so. The cost of hire is as follows:
a) Full linen hire for double or king size bed £20 (includes duvet with duvet cover, two pillows with two pillowcases and sheet.
b) Full linen hire for single bed £10 (includes duvet with duvet cover, one pillow with one pillowcase and sheet.
All linen will be laundered after every break within government guidelines to ensure it is safe to use during the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
During these difficult and unprecedented times, we need to ensure that you are aware that when you are entering the holiday home, you do so at your own risk. It is important while on holiday to keep within government guidelines e.g. social distancing and all other measures required to keep the COVID-19 at bay.
If you do have symptoms of COVID-19 you must inform park immediately so they can take necessary actions to safeguard the park. Please inform me so we can deal with the special cleaning arrangements required for the holiday home dealt with effectively and immediately.
Park facilities such as the entertainment complex, swimming pools will not open as per government guidelines and social distancing will be used throughout the park. The park will have the supermarket, launderette and take away shop open only.
Check-in after 4pm - Checkout 10am if we can get you in earlier we will.
