Recently refurbished static van. We've replaced the narrow caravan beds with a standard double in one room and a standard single in the other. You will see from the photos that this is more than just your average van, and has been loving restored to provide a home from home.

Description

Lils is located on Trevilledor caravan site, a 2 minute drive to Mawgan porth beach. It's a quiet site set in the Cornish countryside, while well placed to visit much of what Cornwall has to offer. Padstow and Wadebridge are both 15 minutes by car, and you have numerous gorgeous beaches a short drive away. The beauty of this caravan is that you can escape back to the peace and tranquility at the end of each day, or spend you time relaxing on the decking.

With a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living space and a an enclosed raised decking, it's perfect for families as well as couples or solo travellers. Each bedroom have standard size beds. 1 double and 1 single (no narrow caravan beds here).

This is a cosy and well equipped van. The decking area is a great sun trap especially in the morning. The shower is clean and modern. The kitchen has every you would need to prepare and cook anything from a simple breakfast to a full blown Sunday roast. The beds are very comfortable and warm. The heating is good, which we did use on the evenings. We would recommend this van. The site is small and dog friendly and within easy reach of the rest of Cornwall. As the van is dog friendly one thing that would help owners would be a list of local dog friendly local pubs and attractions. Over all a very nice place to stay.

This holiday home has to be the most contemporary and up to date one I have ever stayed in. You won’t need for anything from extra blankets, hairdryer, towels, quilt-bedding and more than ample heaters. I wasn’t able to really enjoy the veranda as it was blowing a hooley all weekend which was a shame but it still made the holiday home stand out from the others. I was even surprised with a welcome pack of teabags, coffee, sugar, milk and cookies! Yum! The kitchen is fully equipped too plus ample cleaning products are left in case you are a neat freak! Highly recommend this great find and when I come to visit my friends just down the road in St. Eval again, I will definitely rebook!
