Pilbach Holiday Park - Holiday Accommodation 12262

My partner was booked to sing at this holiday park so both myself and my 2 children accompanied him and we stayed the night. Sharon was able to accommodate us last minute. We had a lovely night and even stayed for Sunday lunch the next day. The caravan was well equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely and clean and the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Fantastic customer service. Will be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay here, using pilbach as a base to travel around and visit the seal sanctuary, mwnt, cardigan town and newquey then returning to the heated swimming pool on site. The staff were lovely and residents chatty and helpful. We are definately returning.

When we arrived the caravan was clean but you could smell dogs but hey it was dog friendly. I also had to wipe the oven out as it was a bit greasy. I didn’t complain because we were happy with it. We had a lovely week, absolutely boiling weather and spent most days outside under the umbrella. Our dogs slept in the living area, not on the beds as suggested. I wouldn’t have them on the beds in the house so would not do it in somebody else’s property. On arrival home we were informed that the caravan was left in an awful mess! And we were not receiving our £50 bond back. I asked for photographs to show the mess, as I know we left it as we found it. Everything was wiped clean, I hoovered right through, and even sprayed the shower ready for the cleaner. I don’t want the money back, that’s not the issue! So just be careful when paying a bond as a cleaner can say anything, without photographs as proof, so they get to keep the bond. Be wary!!

We took the caravan as a late booking and found Sharon very helpful. The caravan was very clean and comfortable and nice to come back to after a long day out. Nice to see the Dolce gusto coffee machine and the shower was excellent. The site itself was very friendly. Would definitely book again

Caravan was very comfy in a very quiet and peaceful location. Clean, Beds were very comfortable and not too far inland. If over that way again would definitely look at staying again and would recommend.
