Owner Description
The caravan is based on Lyons Winkups Holiday Park which is situated right on the beautiful North Wales coastline.
Opposite the Lyons Winkups Holiday Park you will find the Tir Prince fairground and trotting park. Three times a week there is also an open air market and car boot which takes place there.
The beach is within five minutes of the holiday park.
A bond of fifty pounds is payable on the day of arrival and will be returned to you up on the inspection of the caravan will be payed back to you with in 5 working days to your bank thanks.Sat to sat only all you need to bring with you is sheets and towels as everything is in the caravan like you have at home and we have got a spin dyer in and a washing line and a ironing board table and 6 chairs outside and parking at the side of the caravan Asda is a 10min walk and a 5min walk to Towyn. We are taking bookings for 2019 .
£50 BOND WILL GET PAYED BACK TO YOU WITH IN 5 DAY AFTER WE HAVE CHECK IT xx

Very good caravan had everything you need plus extra beds made up even tea towel left nothing too much trouble got used to the trains after 1st day no noise at night hope to stay again

Had a lovely week .Owners very friendly and helpful .One day lost electric and was fixed in 5 minutes .Our little dog loved the big balcony and lovely garden .Very quiet spot on the park .

Had a lovely week with our little dog .Being next to the train line it helps if you like trains .They didnt bother us .Do ask for a code for wi fi or youll have to pay .

Caravan had everything we needed, spotless and very comfortable. Plenty outdoor seating on the decking and in a lovely garden area too. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating, nothing is to much trouble!e. Highly recommended, would book again.
