ABOUT THE CARAVAN

My large Willerby Vacation is available to rent, being 12ft x 35ft there is plenty of room for the family and also having a large secure veranda with seating it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. There is space for 8 people comfortably, having 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 twins) and a pullout bed under the sofa, 1 parking space(can park more cars if needed on the grass), central heating, gas fire, dining area with table and chairs, built in WiFi (unlimited use), TV and games system, couple of board games, 2 travel cots, loads of toys for kids, smart tv's in each room.

LOCATION

The caravan is situated in a very quite and sort after area on Butlins site with its own enclosed grass and only a short walk to Butlins main camp. Butlins is excellently located being only a 5 minute walk to Ingoldmells open market and Fantasy islands theme park, also only 25 minute walk (5 minutes car drive) to Skegness pier.

PRICE INCLUDES

4 guest passes (2 adult 15+ and 2 children age 3 - 14, children under 2 don't need passes) extra passes can be purchased, we charge what Butlins charge us.
Free unlimited WI-FI
Quilts, pillows and mattress (bed linen and towels not included, bedding can be supplied for an additional £50)

As you may have seen, only Butlins guests can pre book their shows, this is not an option for caravan guests. To access the shows you will join the non booked que where a percentage of seats will have been saved for non booked guests.

DAMAGES

Any trace of any pets, smoke, vape or damage you will lose your security bond, if your security bond doesn't cover the cost of the damage caused you will be required to cover this in full.
Failure to use bed linen will result in losing your security bond

ON ARRIVAL

On arrival go straight to Butlin's Caravan Village reception to check in, there you will get your wrist bands, caravan keys and any information you might need or want. You can arrive on Resort and use the facilities from 12 noon, but are unable to check-in until 4pm. Check out is 10am, you can use Butlins facilities for the rest of the day.
