2. Our caravan is NON-SMOKING, no exceptions, costs to deep clean will be deducted from deposit.
3. You are responsible for the caravan key during your stay, any replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit.
4. You will place the keys back in the key safe upon check out and ensure the code is mixed up and slider pushed up.
5. Every effort will be made to repair or replace any equipment that is faulty or stops working during your stay. Refunds will NOT be made for such instances.
6. The main hirer is responsible for members of the party included below and must make good any losses, breakages, or damage done to the caravan interior and/or exterior, decking & contents during their stay immediately.
7. Caravan sleeps six only, the sofa bed is not to be used, costs to clean will be deducted from your deposit.
8. No ball games or objects to be thrown in or around the caravan at any time.
9. No parking on the grass, only space provided at the front of the caravan or main site car parks.
10. Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities within the site are not within the owner’s control and do not accept any responsibility or liability.
11. All parties included within the party list below agree we the owners of the caravan accept NO LIABILITY for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravan regardless of fault. We recommend that you purchase holiday insurance should you require it, there is no insurance included within our prices to hire the caravan.
12. All heating & appliances MUST BE TURNED OFF when exciting the caravan.
13. If at any time security are called to the caravan or any guests are asked to leave the site all parties agree to leave immediately forfeiting the rest of your stay and security deposit.
14. No pets permitted, deep clean will be used to deep clean the caravan.
15. No Stag or Hen parties permitted in the caravan, you will be asked to leave, and your fees will not be refunded.
16. Deposit of £100 provided to secure booking and full payment of stay required before arrival.
17. Deposit will be refunded 24 hours after your stay after the inspection of the caravan has been complete and no damaged has been identified or inventory missing (inventory list covered below). ...Show less
