Description

Welcome to our caravan, it is a quiet site with every thing you need just outside the gate.
The caravan is a 2 bedroom. A double bedroom with electric panel heating and a twin bedroom. Plenty of wardrobe space.
The lounge has 2 reclining chairs for relaxing after a day out. There's also a corner settee. There is also a TV , and fire.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. Plenty of cupboard space. Also a Electric panel heater.
The bathroom has a hip bath which is ideal for bathing small children with a shower over, and a bathroom heater.
Two verandas, a closed one at the front and a open one with a secure gate and steps at the main entrance.
The deposit for our caravan is £50 which is payable to hold the booking for your weeks holiday. It is non refundable
There is a holding fee to pay in addition to your payment for hiring the caravan. Its £50 which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked for any damage. This fee is paid with the final amount owing 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
Sorry no same sex bookings .
Please note that from the 1st March 2022 it is now against the law to smoke in rented accommodation including caravans, So please note there is No Smoking in the caravan at all as by Law as from 2021 you cannot, its not allowed. Outside the caravan is fine with us.

A lovely week in a well appointed caravan on a lovely site . We found Andrea and Gary extremely helpful from the moment we booked the caravan, answering our queries and hepling with any concerns we had. Highly recommended and we will return very soon.

Just come back from a week away had a brilliant week caravan like a home from home clean bedding on the beds when we arrived lovely clean caravan nice quiet site within 5 minutes walking distance to the shops market funfair and arcades liked it that much already booked for next year thank you andrea we've had a great week and thank you for my sunshine i asked for see you next year

Stayed for week, myself, my husband and my 18 years old son. The caravan was like a home from home, cosy and comfortable. The owners make you feel really welcome, I would definitely recommend to others, and would definitely stay again. Thank you Andrea for a brilliant time.

Great location only 5 min walk to the shops and bars . Caravan was very comfortable. clean bedding provided. The owners were very friendly and flexible on check in check out times. Highly recommend

Lovely cozy caravan with everything you need. Caravan was spotless and homely plus one of the warmest caravans we’ve had on our winter get aways. Owners are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Will defo be coming back next year ??

Beautiful caravan spotlessly clean very comfortable quite spacious with all the mod cons you have at home. Bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. Very nice quiet site with no trouble. I would highly recommend. Thankyou Margaret and dave wall we had a lovely time. Great value for money xxx
