Changeover day Friday and Mondays

Stunning 2 bedroom ABI Beaumont lodge on a prime lake front pitch with stunning every changing lake views. Complete with wraparound glass decking with south facing aspect and rattan furniture to make the most of the outside space on sunny days complete with Weber BBQ for your use.

Superb large Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe corridor to en-suite with bath and overhead shower. A further twin bedroom with full size single beds, all beds have luxury mattresses. Bathroom with good size walk in shower. Max of 4 including children (must sleep in beds provided).

Very comfortable living area with free standing sofas and stunning views onto the lake. Fabulous modern dining kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, pantry cupboard and seating for 4 plus everything you need for a lovely home from home holiday experience.

Central heating controlled by a TADO box. TV’s in both bedrooms and lounge area. Alexa Echo Dot and Firestick (own subscription required along with WIFI purchase to operate). Selection of board games and DVD’s for your use.

Great 5 star family site with facilities for all ages, 2 swimming pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor in the summer months, golf course, target shooting and archery, bowling green, football field, high wire adventure, Segway hire, Dino karts, water activities on Otters Lake including canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and pédalos including a flamingo, unicorn and dragon. There are lovely nature trails on park, a coastal rock walk, and activity walks on the golf course for the kids. Lakeside Bay restaurant and Marina Bay entertainment complex. Play passes required and booked via Haven.

Only a short drive away from Cartmel, Grange over Sands and the Lake District national park.

We have just returned from a 9 day break in this lovely caravan. Absolutely spotless on arrival and check in was easy with directions from Sam beforehand. We took our dog and Sam was so helpful and gave us lots of information on the local area for walks and places we could eat with our four legged family member. The Caravan is in an idyllic spot on the lake and it is in a very peaceful part of the park. The weather was kind to us so we made full use of the lovely decking area and furniture. This is a real home from home and is very well looked after. Wi-Fi is a bonus and worked well. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were staying in the area. All in all highly recommended! Fantastic location on the site. What could be better than a lake on your doorstep - the view of dreams. The caravan was very well equipped and the owners a pleasure to deal with. The site itself was clean and well laid out with lovely walks without straying far from the caravan. Even the Security team on check in shone for their efficiency, We only ate in the on site restaurant once but the battered cod was the best we had tasted in years and we were served in a courteous and friendly manner (albeit that we did have to wait for the food to arrive). I so wish that the Lake District was a few hours closer to South Wales as, if it was, Sam would get fed up with seeing us!

Wow - I can't speak highly enough on this caravan and the owners. From the initial enquiry to check out day, everything was superb - not a single complaint. This caravan is gorgeous, comfortable and very well equipped, you can tell it's someone's second home, it has some beautiful touches. It was spotless on arrival. The caravan park is clean, and very well maintained, we ate at the bar one day, which was lovely and we enjoyed the onsite outdoor entertainment too whilst enjoying a cold pint. The view over the lake is superb and highly entertaining watching the watersports during the day. If you are looking for a lovely relaxing break, get booking!

Everything you may think you need is in the van ready for you to use if required, the owners have really thought about every scenario and who may be visiting to make the stay perfect .Perfect location, superb owners very helpful. WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM AN AMAZING BREAK. FROM START TO FINISH SAM WAS AMAZING IN DEALING WITH OUR REQUEST AND PROVIDED LOTS OF INFORMATION ON THE LOCAL AREA. THE CARAVAN WAS JUST 5????? WITH AMAZING VIEWS OVER THE LAKE. EVERYTHING FROM STYLE AND COMFORT AND JUST A TRANQUIL LOCATION. THE CARAVAN HAS LITERALLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED HOME FROM HOME. I HAVE TO SAY THE LOCATION IS THE BEST ON THE SITE IF YOU WANT 5? THEN LOOK NO FURTHER. CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN. THANKYOU SAM AND DON XX

We stayed at this caravan for the sunny bank holiday weekend and we could not fault the caravan and the owners. They was very accommodating from the initial enquiry and provided all of the information we needed and even suggested local walks and restaurants to eat at! The caravan is located on the most perfect plot over looking the beautiful lake which was lovely to sit on the garden furniture and watch. The caravan was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. It felt very homely and cosy. We stayed for only 2 nights and we already can not wait to head back for longer. The site was lovely and clean. Perfect for all. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely caravan. X
