Our caravan is like a home from home! We only rent out in the 6 weeks school holidays so availability is limited, but we do sometimes get the odd cancellation so keep your eyes peeled on our page! The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1x double room with a full size double ottoman bed, 2x twin rooms with 2 single beds in each. Central heating & double glazing. Full size fridge with 3 freezer draws in the bottom. New cooker fitted last year and a new thermostat shower. Large L shape veranda with a table and 4 chairs, more chairs and lounges are also provided in the outdoor sheds. We provide full T&C's which we expect you to acknowledge and adhere to and a how to guide book is also provided for you. There is an outdoor swimming pool on site, which we do provide passes to. Evening entertainment is on most evenings in the Happy Days club. The caravan is a 2 minute walk to the beach

£50 NON refundable deposit to be paid upon the time of booking. £50 Bond also to be paid on top of the holiday payment. The bond will be returned to you via BACS once the caravan has been cleaned and checked for damages. The full amount for your holiday must be paid one month before your holiday or your holiday may be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. ALL damages and breakages must be paid for. NO PETS ALLOWED - Sorry, but no exceptions. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, you will be asked to leave the caravan and no refund will be issued to you. Once your booking is confirmed, I will need your full name and home address and a contact number as well.
