**BRAND NEW CARAVAN AVAILABLE FROM 2023 WITH A FRONT AND SIDE VERANDA **

A 2022 brand new deluxe 6 berth caravan sited on one of the newer parts of the park. Close to the beautiful views from the cliffs towards Scarborough and Flamborough Lighthouse, play field and exercise course. Parks close by of which one can be seen from the caravan. Piped gas so you wont ever run out whilst in the shower!

Parking is on its own space right next to the caravan, so no walking with all your belongings (hopefully not in the rain!) The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed with a flame effect electric fire.

Microwave, gas oven, full size fridge freezer, slow cooker, toaster, all pots, pans and crockery required for a home from home experience.

You will be greeted with a welcome hamper containing tea, coffee, hot choc, chocolates and biscuits. There will be a washing up caddy all ready by the sink containing a cloth, scourer and washing up liquid with a tea towel. Beds are made up for your arrival with basic towels for your convenience and complimentary toiletries of shower gel, moisturiser, soap, cotton pads & ear buds...

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin that can also be a double if required. In the lounge there is a pull out small double. Wardrobes contain coat hangers but you may want to bring your own depending on how much you have packed.

Just in case you forget, we also provide a hair dryer, curling tongs and a curling/heat brush (sanitized before and after each booking)

We also include free of charge a high chair, bed guard and /or travel cot, this must be specified as they may not be available on your arrival. A 40" TV in the lounge with board games and the all important playing cards.

Gorgeous views and walks, with local attractions nearby. Filey has a world wide award winning beach! with local shops that sell a variety of everything. There is a local train station making it easy for access as Blue Dolphin is approx. 5 mins away. Should you want entertainment and sited activities Haven provide their passes from reception (form required) although there are activities that may not require passes so please check this when you arrive.

Booking fee is £50. All dates require a £80 refundable damage bond should the caravan be left as you found it, clean and damage free. No pets as a rule but small dogs are discretionary with an extra £25 charge, max of 2. (Cheaper than kennels). Dogs must be strictly kept off the furniture due to cleanliness and possible damage. Dogs must also be cleaned/dried down before entering if they are wet or dirty. Please check with the owner first.
