Description

Welcome to our lovely caravan on plot 106, with decking area on the front with table and chairs to enjoy the breath taking views of the mountains, and with a 5 minute walk down on to a golden sandy beach.

The caravan is a 6 berth, it has 2 bedrooms a double with en-suite, a twin room and a pull out bed in living area, with central heating.
The living area has an electric fire place, a tv with freeview box which can pause live tv and record.
The kitchen itself has a cooker, microwave, integrated fridge with 3 drawer freezer. kettle, toaster and all utensils needed.
We also supply iron and ironing board.

We provide duvets and pillows with mattress protectors, but due to the rules you MUST bring your own pillow cases, duvet covers and bed sheets.
We also ask you to bring your own towels including kitchen towels.

Site passes are required to access the parks facilities.
Passes cost £30 in low season, and £40 in high season. £10 is returned at the end of your holiday once keys have been returned to office.
(Passes are per caravan NOT per person)
On site facilities include indoor heated swimming pool with a separate toddler pool, outside children's play area, amusements arcade, fish and chip shop, café and takeaway, clubhouse (resident DJ and entertainment), a shop and on-site launderette.

WE require a £100 security deposit for your stay (not included in the prices shown). The deposit is refunded at the end of stay provided the caravan is left clean and tidy with no damage.
If you cancel your booking your deposit will not be refunded.
All payments need to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.

My second stay at this caravan but the first time on my own. The van is definitely one of the nicest on the site and in a great, convenient spot. The owners are extremely helpful and deal with any queries immediately. I felt very safe, and looked after, being on my own for the first time. (I too loved the hoover!) ????. honestly the best caravan I’ve ever stayed in. was so clean/ and tidy and had everything you needed. Also never found a caravan that made it so easy to cook a meal which was so useful. The most beautiful caravan would defo love to go there again x

We had a great week in Ant and Steph's caravan, everything was perfect. The caravan was spotless, comfortable, modern and very well equipped. We could not have asked for any better. We enjoyed the large decking area with table and chairs, which we made good use of. We had lovely walks along the beach, and one evening we watched dolphins in the bay. Thank you to Ant and Steph for a lovely holiday.

Absolutely perfect. Booked at the very last minute for a quick getaway break .Less than a minutes walk to s stunning beach ( The sunsets are amazing) The caravan was immaculate and well maintained. The decking and sun loungers were the best on the entire site. Everything you could possibly need was provided to a high standard ( oddly my wife loved the vacuum cleaner odd but true ) The site bar was spacious and modern with good prices and friendly staff. The site takeaway and chip shophad a fantastic range of food and large portions. Barmouth town is nearby and if you having a drink the taxi is only £10. I would highly recommend this caravan and would like to thank Steph and Ant for a perfect break

Highly recommend staying here. The owners are friendly,polite,accommodating and couldn't do enough to help,the caravan itself is immaculate and modern,the beds are super comfortable! Had the best nights sleep!! Everything you need is in the caravan I couldn't have asked for more! Best holiday I've had in years! Thank you so much ????
