Berrow Lodge is superbly comfortable and sits in a small cul de sac on the Holiday Resort Unity Site.
Surrounded by its own garden and with space for 2 cars inside the plot, it gives it that extra bit of privacy and seclusion.
The sliding French doors face west so you get amazing evening sunset views too.
With Gas Combi boiler for water and central heating throughout, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, en suite bathroom for the master bedroom as well as a family bathroom, cupboard space, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and very comfortable sofa bed for guests 5 and 6.
Dining table and seating a plenty and all the home comforts you would expect to find in your own home, including smart TV, it makes it an enjoyable and comfy place to relax.
Outside is the decking terrace and garden and a small shed with some items for outdoors (BBQ, Parasol and extra outdoor chairs etc)

Smoking strictly outside and ashtrays are provided.
Damages will be deducted from your security bond
Excessive cleaning charges will be passed on to you if necessary, we do include a deep clean before each hire.

We offer:
3 night weekend stays outside of our main summer season. We are quite strict on this and will not do weekends during July and August.
7 or more night stays from Saturday to Saturday. We may be flexible on doing Friday to Friday if it does not cause an overlap or clash and some are already listed in the availability if so. We won't do less than 3 nights stays at all.

We have massively adjusted our pricing for 2022 so that it is more accessible and reasonable for more people. The prices stated in this listing are firm.
