This is a larger than normal plot giving the holiday home a sense of space and offers seating and dining areas on the front/side balcony, and the patio area which has a picnic bench.
Open plan kitchen which is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob oven & grill, toaster and kettle. Plates, dishes, cups, pots and pans, oven trays, utensils, cutlery, mugs and glasses are all supplied for your convenience.
From the kitchen, a small step down takes you into the spacious lounge with a sofa along one side of the wall offering plenty of seating and a 42” TV, double patio doors onto a well illuminated balcony with modern outdoor furniture to enjoy a relaxing evening.
Master bedroom has double bed, 32” TV and fitted wardrobe, with an adjoining en-suite toilet and basin. The main bathroom has a shower unit, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom offers twin single beds, wardrobe space and 22” TV.
The van has its own high speed WIFI which is available exclusively to guests.
Checkout at 10am leaving your key in the same place as collected - key safe by front door
Your check-in is after 4pm with a 10 am check out on day of departure (any changes to this by prior arrangement only)
There is a complimentary welcome pack provided on arrival, inclusive of toilet roll, hand soap, tea/coffee/sugar, washing up liquid, J cloth and bin bags.
Please note: NO bedding in the holiday home, you will need to bring Duvet/pillow(s), both double and 2 single sets. Alternatively you can book this service for £20 - let me know at time of booking.
