Our caravan is brand new this year, a beautiful Deluxe ABI Coworth. It is our family's home from home.
Our caravan is ideally situated in one of Haven’s quieter areas though only a few minutes walk to the main complex or other nearby facilities. We have lovely views of the hills & surrounding countryside. The path to the beach (Bowleaze cove) is a minute from our door, with a ten minute walk to the beach from there.
We have a good sized patio area with a picnic bench outside the caravan and use of a parasol. Parking bays are located within 20 meters of the home.
The home comprises of one Double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite WC and basin - Brand new king size Emma memory foam mattress fitted in master bedroom( 23/08/21). Two twin bedded rooms, a beautiful lounge area, fitted dining area and stunning kitchen . The main shower room has a large shower and the living room area has a pull out double bed. A hair dryer is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized cooker, fridge with freezer compartment , microwave, toaster, kettle, pots pans and crockery etc. You will also have the full use of a new Nespresso coffee machine, any required pods will need to be purchased yourself. Main living area has a 40" UHD Smart television with Freeview/Netflix etc. There is also a DVD player with a selection of nearly 100 DVD’s for all ages for movie nights. We have a wide selection of board games to keep everyone entertained.
The lounge/diner consists of 3 adjoining sofas with cushions, 1 of which has a pull out double bed within. There is also a dining area within the open plan lounge, the table has a built in bench and 2 seater stand alone bench ideal for family meals together if not enjoying outdoor eating.
We supply duvets and pillows and fresh bed linen will be fitted before your arrival. Towels, & tea towels are not provided so will need to bring your own.
We have unlimited WIFI available throughout our home, this comes free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Breaks more than 56 days away the deposit required is £50, breaks booked less than 56 days away require full payment at booking. All breaks require a care bond of £100, the bond is returnable within 7 days - providing no damages, excessive cleaning or missing items from the caravan.
Cancellation Terms:
If cancelled by customer with more than 42 days before holiday - Full refund minus £50 deposit
If cancelled by customer within 29 - 42 days - 50% of holiday price refunded
If cancelled by customer within 8 - 28 days before holiday - 25 % of holiday price refunded
If cancelled by customer with 7 days or less before holiday - No refund.
Fun passes are NOT included in the price but can be bought on arrival at reception (subject to availability), passes allow you to use the facilities at Weymouth Bay and Seaview when available. These include outdoor and indoor pools plus lazy river, full children's activity programmes and family entertainment plus a large range of outdoor activities which are displayed in the reception area. Please note that due to COVID there may be restrictions and you should contact the Park directly to enquire.
Additional items such as high chairs, Travel cots & bed guards are available to hire from Haven reception at an approximate cost of £7 per short booking or £12 per week All items subject to availability from Haven.
Because this caravan is double glazed and heated throughout it is ideal for your stay any time of year.
The caravan is fully compliant with Electrical/Gas safety regulations and is equipped with a number of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The home also has a 24/7 monitored intruder alarm, for that added peace of mind when away from the home.
