Situated on the edge of the park making it an ideal location for walking in to Cleethorpes should you wish.
5 minute walk to fun packed entertainment and attractions such as the swimming pool with outdoor lazy river and flumes, and the outdoor splash park, funfair and amusements. Plenty for the all family to do!

Has everything you could need for an enjoyable comfortable stay such as Gas central heating, brand new 55" smart TV, WIFI (at no extra charge), DVD player, DVDs, selection of children's toys and games. Dishwasher, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar, brand new plates, cutlery etc.
We are sharing our caravan to help towards the cost of the site fees, this is not a business.
Spacious main bathroom with shower.
3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins). Sofa bed in the living room.
Main bedroom has a brand new smart TV, en-suite, dressing table.
All bedrooms have wardrobe space.
Brand new quilts, and pillows for beds/ sofa bed. Bedding and tea towels are supplied at no extra cost.
Outside there is a lockable gated wrap-around decking area with brand new rattan furniture, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sun.
Open the front french doors of the caravan and enjoy the morning sun, with a peaceful cuppa!
Further wooden table and chairs located at back of decking- ideal for catching/ chasing the sun.
Parking to side and front of caravan.
There are several mini markets on site, and a large amount of takeaways in close proximity to the site such as McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, Subway. Major supermarkets are also a short drive away .
Entertainment Passes are not included but can be bought from Reception. Call 01472 813395 for accurate up to date prices for the passes.
Bookings for activities can be made up to 4 weeks in advance of stay via the Haven website.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible should Thorpe Park have to close some amenities.

Full inventory is kept and will be checked after each stay.
Secure your booking with a £100 non- refundable deposit.
£150 refundable damage and excessive cleaning bond, to be paid when full balance is due, which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure should the caravan be left clean, tidy and damage free.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay. Failure to pay balance within 6 weeks of stay will result in cancellation of holiday and the loss of the non- refundable deposit.
Check-in days- Monday- Friday, Friday to Monday or Monday to Monday.
Check In Times- any time from 3pm (early check-in may be available for a charge of £25).
Check Out- 10am.
