Nice and quiet position. Very clean and comfortable. We arrived early Sunday morning and the shops were still closed but the they had left us milk tea coffee and biscuits to tie us over. will use again. Thanks.

Just got back from a weeks holiday in phil and Jill’s lovely caravan before we arrived had a text from Phil to see what milk we use got to the van and there was tea coffee sugar and milk waiting for us phill and Jill have thought of everything you need towels toilet rolls cleaning products and the bed was made up for us the caravan is in a nice quiet spot about 10 minutes walk to the clubhouse plenty for kids to do bingo for the adults and entertainment every night you can have a meal in the club house its not a flat site so if you struggle with walking this site may not be for you it’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach we’re there is a fun fair shops arcade go carts and a pub the boat house good food the bus stop is opposite the silly goose pub you can catch the number 22 to Dawlish

Lovely caravan, very clean had everything that we needed. The owners left a few complimentary items which was a lovely touch. Having towels already there was really helpful. Owners were very easily approachable and very helpful. The only things I will suggest is that a bin be provided in the bathroom for sanitary products rather than guests having to place in the toilet. Also if it sleeps 6 there aren’t enough chairs to seat. My daughter and I had a lovely time after unfortunately coming by ourselves, we would definitely come again Thankyou

Hi Lisa, glad you had a nice holiday. Due to health safety and hygiene to our cleaner we don’t supply Sanitary bins and request that they should not be flushed down the toilet as this will cause a blockage and ask people to put them in the kitchen bin responsibly Regarding table and chairs our caravan is only a 4 berth but can sleep six by using a pull out bed. Just got back from a fabulous week's holiday, which was made even better by the high standard of accommodation. The caravan was lovely and clean, spacious and in a nice quiet spot on the caravan park. There were biscuits and milk waiting for us on our arrival and the beds were already made with fresh bedding. Having towels/beach towels supplied was a real bonus too. Would definitely recommend, 10 / 10 without a doubt.

Well what can I say we had a lpvy week in gillian and Philips caravan they was vary professional during the booking prosses and was happy to.answer any of questions. The caravan was clean and tidy we was very impressed.... even a visit from the lady herself making sure we had settled in OK etc ... they left us milk and biscuits for when we got there .. A fab holiday lovely site I'd definatly recommend booking with these... and we will be booking again . Thanks on behalf of the thrift /Batters clan xx
