Had a wonderful time with my very elderly parents a first holiday in 4 years for them. Some great memories have been made. Caravan was very clean and everything you could hope for.

Just returned from Reighton Sands........Caravan was lovely, WiFi was very good, gated veranda perfect for dogs, an outside tap would have been useful, i.e , washing sand off your feet before entering the caravan and rinsing the dogs feet........its in a perfect location elevated position , lovely sea views, complex and shop were 2-3 mins walk, beach path was 5mins, however tractor with seated trailer runs all day up and down the beach path(Free), path is quite steep, beach was lovely, dog friendly, Scarborough was 20mins by car lots to do, lovely beach, cafes galore, it was so chilled, loved it,

Had a fantastic break in this lovely caravan, the location on the park is lovely and quiet and the sea view is beautiful with no other caravans directly in front so was lovely to sit out on the decking of an evening. The beds were very comfy and had a great nights sleep. The owner Lucy was super helpful as we booked last minute and communication was immediate with nothing too much trouble. The site is perfect and was only a few minutes walk to get down onto the beach. Will definitely book again.

Lovely week spent at this caravan. It had everything we needed, situated in a lovely quiet area of the park, but a stones throw away from all the main facilities. The caravan was spotless and well equipped and I can honestly say I had the best nights sleep ever in a caravan - the beds were so warm and comfy. Great view of the sea from the caravan and the decking area. Contact with Shay and Lucy was seamless and they were able to answer all of my questions straight away. Would book again.

Lovely caravan in a very peaceful position on the park and a sea view. Which was lovely to look at while sitting on the veranda and have a glass of something nice. The caravan was very well cleaned and had everything we needed. The park its self is very nice and has some lovely coastal walks.

Just got back from a lovely week away here! Beautiful, well equipped caravan with lovely views in a nice quieter area of the park. Great base for trips to Scarborough and Whitby as well as Bridlington ( Tesco and Morrison’s if needed) and great leisure centre with water slides and seafront. Filey is lovely too with lots of little shops, bars and sea front. Would highly recommend!

This is a lovely clean and well looked after caravan on an absolutely beautiful area of the caravan park. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Caravan is a cosy home from home and absolutely spotless, located in a perfect position on the park. Lucy was very helpful throughout the process. We had the best weekend and can’t wait to go back!

So we booked this caravan with a bit of scepticism as not over keen on large Holiday Villages as like things quiet and peaceful and well that's exactly what we got, the van is in a very quiet part of the village with great views out to the sea, the van itself is very well equipped even down to a cafetiere - took my own but didn't need to get it out of the bag! Very comfortable bed, lovely lounge area with good sized TV and superb outdoor seats to sit on the veranda and gaze out to sea with a GnT! Very prompt and accurate information from the owners Lucy & Shay. We love this area and the location is perfect for exploring North to Filey, Cayton & Scarborough and South to Speeton, Bempton, Flamborough & Brid - shout out to The Seabirds at Flamborough & The Old Star at Kilham for excellent food and service & Flamborough Golf Club for a warm welcome. Try this caravan you will not be dissapointed. 5 Stars. Andrew & Angela x

Could not of been happier with our stay!! The caravan is spotless, smelt beautiful when we arrived . Lucy helped us out very quickly! Due to us leaving it last minute to book, the plot has a sea view from the front balcony/window, very quiet and nice little plot, we enjoyed it so much we’re definitely going back!!! would definitely recommend to any one of my friends and family! You won’t be disappointed!!!
