About the owner

Trevor and Louise previously ran the multi award-winning “Waterside Guest House” in Doddington, Cambridgeshire for 15 years. The love of the beautiful Snowdonia and Llyn Peninsula areas of North Wales , with the stunning unspoilt coast and country walks, great people and so much to discover was too much to resist. Trevor, Louise and their two dogs moved to Porthmadog in 2020 to start their next chapter and new adventure .

Spacious, comfortable and luxurious 40ft x 20ft Lodge.. Flat screen TVs with freesat in all 3 bedrooms and lounge. Lovely spacious area of the Park, approx. half way between the beach and the on site facilities ( shops; entertainment, etc). Whirlpool bath with shower in main bathroom. En-suite shower room to main bedroom plus walk in wardrobe. Entertainment passes need to be bought directly from Greenacres, they are not included in the Lodge hire. A link to do this will be sent with your booking confirmation. WiFi is not provided at the lodge but is available in the Greenacres cafe/bar/shop/reception areas from March to November.

Just returned from a week's stay at Greenacres. This lodge was just perfect in everyday, we were looking for something with a bit more space this year and this ticked all the boxes. Great location halfway between entertainment complex and beach and great communication with owners. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at stopping at Greenacres.

We booked as a family holiday as has been quite a few years since we have, what more could we have asked for. Think of what you want from self catering, Louise and Trevor provide a hundred times more. Clean, spacious, amazing location 5min walk from beach. Tv in rooms have DVD players which gave the kids some quiet down time. I can’t rate this property any higher. Would definitely return

Excellent. We have never tried a lodge before so thought we would give it a go compared to a high end priced caravan on the same site. The amount of extra room was ideal and felt like a home from home. We had our three year old grandson stay with us for a few days and plenty of room for him to play around without worrying about him. The lodge decor is of personal taste but was welcoming and very clean . The patio and patio furniture was lovely to sit on during the hot sunny days and warm evenings. The owners were caring and made us feel welcome keeping us up to date on our booking and the amenities on site without being intrusive. It was a pleasure chatting with them (over text). We have stayed at this site previously in a Haven caravan but it was so much better dealing with a private owner giving that personal touch. Well done Trevor & Louise would definitely recommend you to family & friends. Thanks for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful week away here! The caravan was wonderful, lots of space even with a travel cot! All the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were excellent, I honestly can’t rate the caravan enough. The location was prefect for walks on the beach and close to lots of local attractions. The kids and grown ups all had a wonderful time, thank you.

Stunning lodge we thought the photos looked good but its even better when you are there everything you need and more. The lodge was spotless location was great even the weather was brilliant we spent much of our time sat on the decking watching the rabbits. What can I say but WOW. We have been to greenacres many many times over the years and by far this lodge was the best accommodation we have stayed in. It shines through to the set up of the lodge and cleanliness that the owners used to own a B&B, home from home was an understatement. Location was perfect, close to the facilities and beach. And many rabbits out and about, which entertained my twin toddlers no end. Before we got home we were already looking for the next date we could book. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you For a great holiday
