Description

Our beautiful and well cared for 6 berth caravan provides a clean and spacious home from home to enjoy a much needed break.
*Newly re-upholstered and carpeted*
The master bedroom has a new very comfortable mattress with large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is a wall mounted tv with freeview & Rocky. This bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with toilet and shower which also has an access door to the main part of the caravan.

The twin room also has a wall mounted tv and built in wardrobe.

In the spacious open plan living area there is a double pull out bed from the sofa. It has a 32 inch tv with freeview & Roku. The dining table can easily fit 6 around too.
The kitchen has a large spotless oven and 4 ring gas stove. A fridge, microwave, kettle, air fryer & toaster make it perfect to cook any meals.

The decking is gated and secure, with patio table and chairs that gets the sun almost all day, perfect for unwinding!

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms fitted and maintained.

Although the caravan has no central heating there is a gas fire in the living area and panel wall heaters in both bedrooms along with plenty of portable radiators provided at no extra cost for your comfort.

At the side of the caravan is a hard standing parking bay and outside lighting.

All bed linen is provided but you will need your own towels.

Upon booking a £100 deposit is required , the balance of the booking is then paid 6 weeks prior to the booked dates.
The deposit will be returned once the caravan has been inspected for breakages/damages and the keys safely returned.

Caravan must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Unless otherwise agreed with owner the caravan can be accessed no earlier than 2.30pm on day of arrival.

On site at North Shore Holiday Park there is a club house with nightly entertainment for both kids and adults and bingo of course!! Small arcade, spa shop, children's play areas, tennis courts and crazy golf. The beautiful beach is a short walk away from the site entrance as is Skegness town centre.
Fantasy island theme park and markets are a short drive/bus ride away. Plenty of take away's, restaurants and bars located nearby.
The swimming pool for north shore holiday makers is located at coastfields just a short drive away, club/pool passes can be purchased as an extra for £50-80 per family depending on length of stay.

stayed for a week with my family and my dog , the caravan was very clean and had many home from home accessories , beds where made up on arrival which was a kind gesture. caravan situated in a great spot on the site close to all the amenities, the clubhouse was dog friendly which is a bonus. Allan the owner kept me informed and easy to contact. Will definitely return next year.

Had a fabulous week in this great caravan. Very clean and very well equipped. A real home from home. Communication with the owners was excellent. A short walk to the beach and a clubhouse on site. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our holiday in this caravan. Very clean and tidy. Second time we have stayed here. Looking forward to our October holiday here. We took our dogs and they enjoyed themselves as much as what we did. Caravan was really spacious in all rooms and very comfortable. Didn't want to come home. Within easy reach of Skegness Town too. Thankyou.

Just returned from a lovely week away with our 2 daschunds. The caravan is in a great location on the park ,very clean and comfortable with everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back .

Stayed with our two dogs in September. The caravan was just as described, very spacious with everything you could possible need to make a holiday comfortable. The caravan was very clean and the outside decking was wonderful, we could sit outside as the weather was glorious. The nearby beach ( 10 minute walk) was dog friendly and just a further 10 minutes along the beach is Skegness centre. We did not use any of the on site facilities so cannot comment on them. A huge thank you to the owners as communication was excellent, hope to stay again next year.

Stayed for a week with elderly relative and had a fantastic time. The site is clean, quiet and spacious, with a good value for money club house less than a 5min walk. The caravan is perfect - a real home from home with 2 loos!!!! It’s clean & comfy and the decking is a fab feature. A short walk to the main road & bus stops to take you into either the main town or fantasy island where there is a 7 day market (well worth a visit but go early). The beach is about a 10-15min slow walk from the site & it is beautiful as is the whole beach in Skegness. Just down the road from the campsite on the way into town there is a very good fish & chip shop, next door to an equally as good Italian restaurant. Is the caravan perfect - yes Is it good value for money - yes Is it in a great location - yes Would I go back - definitely yes We had a brilliant week so thank you very much

We booked last minute and stayed here for a week, it's a fantastic caravan (smells lovely as soon as you walk in) and in a brilliant location! 15min walk to centre of skegness and a bus stop at top of site to butlins and fantasy island (took 15min on bus to fantasy island). Everything you need for a brilliant holiday! We would deffo stay here again! And highly recommend

WOW!! is all I can say... Had the most amazing stay in this beautiful caravan and complex, thoroughly a lovely weekend!! The park facilities were fab and the caravan itself couldn’t of been anymore perfect! Second time visiting Skegness but first time staying at North shore holiday park And will definitely be returning!!
