We arrived on Good Friday . I had excellent communication with Gavin the owner from the moment I booked his caravan. The caravan is spotless it was so spacious. Everything we needed was in the caravan it is well equipped. It is in easy walking distance to the beach and the sites amenities. I would thoroughly recommend using this caravan and hope to do so in the future

Stayed in Kiln Park for a week, it was absolutely brilliant. We are a young family and the activities that were available on site and off site were amazing catered for all age groups. Gavin was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The caravan was spotless with everything working. The wrap around decking with a secure gate was great for our little one she loved it. Walking distance of all amenities. Very friendly staff in the park even helped with some printing for work back home in Ireland. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely be back in the near future.

This caravan was spotless and perfect for our family holiday in Tenby. There were 3 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space for us all. The car advance was in a fantastic location and very close to the shop, activities and to the beach walk which is only about 10 minutes and then you are on Tenbys stunning south beach. It could not have been more perfect and we will definitely be rebooking.

Lovely caravan, owners were really quick getting back to any queries we had. Amazing caravan park with lots to do. Perfect location with the sun shining onto the balcony all evening. We took bedding but didn’t need to as everything was there for us. Thank you

Arrived at Kiln Park on Friday the 15th April. Was told at the gates that our cars hadn't been booked in and registered. Contacted the owner over the phone and had verbal abuse off him. He said that we hadn't given any number plater registrations. We was unaware we had to do this. When I rang again to say that the park would let us in if he would accept the number plates. I was then told by the owner ' You've got to realise I am in F**King work. Went to reception and they were good as gold. They accepted the registrations and let us in. 1 hour after arriving. As we arrived at the caravan the door was open but no key. Had to wait for the owner to send the key code across. The caravan was not cleaned to the standard you would expect. There was crisp packets shoved down the creases in the sofa area. Cobwebs around the fire and the seating area by the dining table. The cutlery was rusty, brown slime around the bathroom door handles. The shower head was rusty to be honest the list was endless. There was empty shower bottles by the front door which my mother in stood on and nearly slipped. As we were filling the fridge the floors were stinking. Had to be mopped by us before the holiday began. Went to get passes and was told that there was no availability for the swimming pool or restaurant. This had to be booked prior. Which is okay if we had been told of the situation. We had no communication off the owner until the night before asking for a £150 deposit which was okay but it was written in the small print. We left early on the Sunday as there was nothing to do. Contacted the owner to say we had left due to no entertainment etc. He replied saying the security deposit would be in after the cleaners had left on Monday. We did leave it cleaner than we found it. On Wednesday the money still hadn't been put in. Contacted the owner several times to ask where the money was only to have a phonecall with him shouting at me saying I had attitude and was told to calm the F**K down. I said to him all I want is my money back for him then to mimic me and then hang up the phone. I am not one to normally complain but the way me and my family have been treated is not right. A break away Is supposed to be relaxing but this was not. There are other caravans in the same row at the same price but better customer service.

Hi Jason. Firstly your booking was not a booking for a family it was a “group booking” of all males hence the request for a deposit. Below are some of the messages copied and pasted of you telling me how nice it was and how you would book to stay again… Hi Gav we have just arrived home. Caravan key back in the box. Caravan left as we found it. Thank you for the rental. Yes caravan was lovely. ???? We will be booking again when the entertainment is back open. Everything fully booked this weekend so couldn't do much on site. Thank you all. Will send my account and sort code tomorrow and then when your ready to transfer the deposit back. Thanks again Unfortunately I couldn’t contact the cleaners to gain a report on the caravan condition after you checked out hence the 24 hour delay in getting your deposit back to you. When anyone books to stay they are requested to input vehicle registrations to gain entry to the park and this is limited to 2 vehicles per booking. You however turned up with 4 vehicles so obviously this cause an issue of which I resolved by contacting reception. As far as cleaning an cleanliness is concerned our caravan is cleaned by the same group of cleaners and company that clean 80 % of the caravans on kiln park who also work closely with the park with any issues. So I have to disagree with your un honest opinion on the state of our caravan. All in all we as a family have over 30 plus positive reviews so I don’t think this one review of what seems to be pure hatred towards us is going to affect any future bookings. I’d also like to add, if any customers wishing to book would like to see the thread of messages between myself and Jason regarding his stay at our caravan I’d gladly send them to you. What can I say… even the Ritz Carlton in London has the odd bad review :) Thanks for your custom anyway Jason

We enjoyed our stay. We did find the activities geared more for younger children than older. The harbour lights was always fully booked, but we were able to enjoy activities at heatherton etc

We are a family with a combination of younger and older children. We stayed from Friday- Monday and had the most wonderful time! Communication from caravan owner was amazing! The caravan was immaculate and we cannot wait to return :). Fab little break before the kids went back to school! The only trouble was the television service wasn’t up to much but we didn’t go to watch TV!

Loved the caravan. Ideal location for us, great for teenagers [TV in lounge and EVERY BEDROOM]. Only thing missed, there was no can opener, but managed to borrow from the van next door

Lovely caravan with very helpful owners who were willing to help with bookings needed during Covid restrictions. Would definitely recommend to any other families looking for a great base to stay within a popular camping resort.

We have just spent the weekend at this beautiful caravan, booked last minute for a quick getaway & was so so pleased with our overall experience. Perfect location on site, near park, shop & beach walkway. Caravan is spacious, sparkling clean, modern, cosy, fresh. Beautiful decking also very comfortable beds. Not even home yet & have booked with the owner again for august! Excellent communication throughout booking & also whilst staying ???? Thankyou so much.
