This was the second time we've booked this caravan. Sadie is such a lovely person to deal with. It is obvious that she and Darren are really excited to own their own caravan. The moment we walked through the door and saw how clean and tidy it was along with the welcome card and gifts gave us a real buzz. It is unbelievably equipped with virtually everything you could think of to be found in all the cupboards. There are games, dvds etc if you fancy staying in. My wife and I are previous owners at Devon Cliffs ourselves so we know the work that goes into maintaining and restocking. If anyone is contemplating a holiday at Devon Cliffs, I can thoroughly recommend this beautiful, immaculately kept caravan. Geoff Bonsen.

Myself, my husband and our 6 year old daughter stayed in Sadie’s caravan for a week in August. Unfortunately due to work commitments we were unable to check in Saturday and out the following Saturday, so we were worried we wouldn’t be able to go away. Fortunately Sadie was very kind and provided us with the opportunity to stay Sunday to Sunday and we were very grateful to her for this. The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything you could need. The communication from Sadie was very helpful and reassuring from the start. Sadie kindly left us some goodies on our arrival, the one item being a colouring book and pencils for my daughter! My daughter was thrilled and used them at every opportunity in the caravan! The caravan is in a great position on site for both the beach and main entertainment complex. The only thing I would say is there is no phone or internet signal but sometimes this made a refreshing change!

Immaculate caravan close to all amenities. Sadie maintained excellent communication during our stay and was prompt in responding to any queries we had before and during our stay which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay at Devon cliffs

If you are looking for a lovely caravan to stay in that feel's like home then look no further as this caravan is beautiful, well looked after, clean and a 5 minute walk away from everything you need. Entertainment, park, daytime activity centre, swimming, restaurant and amusements :) Communication from the start (from Sadie & Darren) was amazing always on the end of the phone if you needed anything and also available if you needed them while you was there. We was welcomed with a lovely little gift pack for the kids and bottle of wine for the adults (needed after a long drive lol) Everything you need they have available in the caravan for you even down to some board games and dvd's which came in handy for us with the kids. We would highly recommend Sadie & Darren and we will be definitely keeping Sadie's number for a future booking :)

Me and my family booked a holiday with Sadie, on arrival we were happy with the van although I did find Sadie messaging up to 3 times a day a bit much, I appreciate customer service but it became a bit annoying. On our second day my sister placed a bbq onto the outdoor table without thinking which was extremely silly of her and it left a burn mark. She was really upset at herself and straight away rang Sadie to tell her of this mistake and ask what she wanted us to do. Sadie asked for photos which were sent and she told us that it was a brand new table (although it was not as it was in her pictures from a year ago) she explained she could probably replace just the table and not to worry and to enjoy our holiday. On the day we left Sadie sent me a rather rude message, blocked me and then kept our full deposit!!! We took full responsibility over the mistake but the tabl was not any were near worth the money she took and the rude message put a real downer on our family holiday. It was a genuine mistake and to behave like that as a grown woman was rather appalling.

Sad to read this as you left such a lovely written review in our guest book in the caravan. Obviously we take a security deposit to protect ourselves & as the table was burnt we needed to replace it for our next guests as we want to offer a Gold standard stay so wouldn’t leave a damaged table for people. We specify on our advert that bbq’s are not allowed on the decking as it’s plastic but unfortunately this was ignored.

Well what can I say….. if your looking for a caravan that ticks all the boxes look no further. Lol I want to keep it all to ourselves but I’ve been brought up to share. ???????? You can’t get a nicer and thoughtful couple/owners. Communication from the start, nothing is too much trouble. Everything is provided, you name it it’s their which is great from a long drive with young children. Sadie and Darren truly have hearts of pure gold. This is not just a caravan to us, it’s like a second home. We have stayed here a few times now and have never had a fault. It’s spotless. They take pride in their caravan and we respect it’s like it’s our own. Short walk to the club, swimming ect… with small children and a pram it’s ideal. Always made to feel welcome and the best thing about us finding this holiday home is they have become good friends. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait!!! ????

My family and I have stayed in several caravans at Sandy Bay but I can absolutely say that the whole process of staying in Sadie and Darren’s caravan has been the best. The booking process was simple and communication from Sadie was thorough and very friendly. The caravan itself was spotless -and very well stocked. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack bespoke to the ages of our children. The location was great,perfectly situated for the site centre,pool and beach. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Everything about our stay at this caravan was first class. Sadie was easy to deal with, very quick to respond, helpful and informative. The caravan itself was beautiful and in perfect condition. The location was just perfect. Nice and guiet but only a 5 minute walk to sll of the amenities. The caravan is well kitted out with dvd's and games etc. You can tell that it is extremely well looked after and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking to stay at Sandy Bay (Devon Cliffs). We booked this caravan last minute and the owner Sadie had everything in place within a few hours of booking on this haven 5 star resort. Nice sea views from the decking area and the caravan was like brand new inside and had everything you could want inside to make your holiday complete. Only negative was no parking space but there were plenty of spaces on the next road away.

Myself, my wife, my twin 7 year old boys and 3 year old daughter stayed here in the 1st week of the school holidays. If your looking to hire a caravan then I couldn’t recommend this one enough. The location on the site couldn’t be in a better position, 5 min walk to the beach or 5 min walk the other way to the entertainment with a nice sea view thrown in. You don’t hear a peep at night either ! The caravan is immaculate with everything you need. There are even plenty of games and dvds thrown in to keep the kids entertained whilst you get ready, my boys loved the retro Nintendo. When we arrived the owners Sadie and Darren had a welcome treat waiting for us ????. They were such a pleasure to deal with, so informative and helpful. Devon cliffs has so much to do. My kids said it was the best holiday they ever had. You won’t go wrong booking this caravan. I will definitely be booking this again !

If you are looking for a caravan then look no further, honestly you won’t get better hosts. Sadie is fab! So welcoming and kind. She kept in contact throughout and she thought of everything! You name it was provided so after a journey with small children no dashing to the shops. We were welcomed with a lovely thoughtful hamper and goodies for our children.???? We did not know Sadie or Darren beforehand but have come away with friends. Their caravan is lovely and they are lovely. Having kind hosts really makes all the difference and made our stay feel more like home.???????? We even booked again for next year and can’t wait!
