Waterside, Paignton - Holiday Accommodation 12465

Date of stay - 27 Aug 2022 - 3 Sep 2022

We had a brilliant week we are a family with older children the eldest being disabled and he really liked it especially watching the train gi by .all the ementies were close by which was good as the shop on site was very poorly stocked and the bar on site was shut half way through the week but the pub at the top of the road was nice and only a short walk . My eldest liked the bingo at the yacht club in the evening but the staff seemed to be tired over worked and miserable. The caravan was beautiful modern well kept and clean and the owner Michelle was very easy to communicate with I would use the same caravan again but not the facilities on site .everything around is easy to get to and buses ate very regular so you don't have to use the sites amenities.

We have had the best holiday hear at waterside 200, the caravan was just perfect amazing views, extremely clean and had everything we needed, our 3 boys loved torbay we spent our days exploring the coves, the outdoor heated pool was also a hit. Will will definitely be back again thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan x

It was nice to receive a text to say we could enter the caravan early. On arrival we were greeted with bread,milk,a bottle of wine,biscuits, etc which was very much appreciated. The caravan was spotless and nice to meet the owners Michelle and Mark on our 2nd week. We strongly recommend this caravan .

Had a lovely week at this caravan,very well situated with stunning views across the Torquay Bay.Owner left us a nice welcoming pack.The caravan has great decking front and side and got sun all day,it is very well maintained throughout.Very enjoyable and would use this caravan again.

Fantastic caravan with stunning views across Torbay. Michelle messaged us on arrival day when caravan was ready so we were in early. Very clean and well equipped. Loved having breakfast looking over Torbay from the decking.

I have been to waterside for over 20 years now so have been in many caravans this caravan by very very far the best I have ever stayed in it is just fantastic, Beautiful so clean and the owner s are absolutely lovely wine and goody’s on arrival which was such a lovely touch would 100% recommend will defo be booking again x

We had a short break here from the moment we walked in to the moment we locked up can not fault our stay everything you need and more are here the welcome pack is a nice surprise. The van is immaculate and very modern and the roof speakers is nice touch highly recommended and we will be coming here again contact with owner is also very easy and friendly.

Fantastic views. Fantasic caravan Booked this holiday because we had lost 3 holiday bookings to greece this year and have not had a holiday in the uk for many years Glad to say we really enjoyed it Campsite good as well We even had good weather as well we will return next year

Caravan was really clean and comfy. We met Michelle and she's really lovely. Thank you for the bread, milk, wine and biscuit. The binoculars is a nice touch. My husband loves the Netflix????.Me and the kids didnt get a chance to watch any.. Kids enjoyed their stay as there is Free wifi too!!! ????. What else can we ask for it is absolutely perfect..????????????.

We had the most amazing time in your caravan. The caravan is stunning with the most outstanding views! The caravan has everything plus little extras to make your holiday just perfect. It is a short walk to beaches, shops and everything you could need. We went on an evening boat trip which was amazing and we actually saw dolphins!! It is so lovely sitting out on the balcony and looking at the sea views and then the steam train when it comes passed. We highly recommend Michelle and her caravan. Thank you again for a wonderful trip.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful caravan. Nice little touch on arrival with milk, bread, cookies and wine! The views are amazing and the caravan has everything that is needed and is very clean. Our children loved staying here and looking through the binoculars at the steam train passing by and the boats in the sea. Really considering to book again next year as it was an amazing time. Wonderful views from the caravan with supplied binoculars & coffee, tea, milk, bread, bottle of wine & cookies provided by the owner. This was appreciated after a long journey. Additionally beds were made up for our arrival. Beds very comfortable & plenty of wardrobe space. Nice TV with Netflix & WiFi provided free. Overall this was a nice presented modern caravan in a brilliant location. We were a party of 4 mature adults & looking forward to going back next year and we recommend this caravan.

Sorry for late Review but finally got into guest area. We stayed for a week in your beautiful caravan. WOW it as everything, very tastefully refurbished to a very high standard, very comfortable with everything you need. It was spotless on our arrival and lots of lovely touches to start our holiday (Tea, coffee, milk, bread, cookies and wine) The outdoor space is fantastic with the sun all day with wonderful views. The whole process of booking, arriving and departing went well. A home from home experience. We wish you both well and stay safe
