Description

Our lovely 3 bedroom, pet friendly caravan is in the perfect spot, with the beach walkway just a few minutes away. and the stunning views of the ocean & the glorious evening sunsets. From the slightly elevated position you will have nice views over the park & plenty of parking directly outside of the caravan.

The caravan is fully insulated & double glazed throughout. There is a gas fire in the main living area plus an air-blown heating system in all bedrooms, ensuring you are warm and toastie even on a chilly evening.

Lounge/Dining Room:
Contains a large L-Shaped sofa arrangement with built in double fold out occasional bed. Oak coffee table, side drawer set all of which are non-standard items of furniture making this caravan feel even more homely. There is a large flat screen TV with separate DVD Player & a selection of DVD's and board games in case the weather is not so good. We have also added a Sound bar, all with the intention of making your stay even more comfortable. To the opposite side of the living area is your dining room table, a further L-Shaped seating arrangement plus two stools.

Kitchen:
The kitchen contains a full sized oven & grill with a 4 burner gas hob. There is an under counter fridge with freezer compartment. Also provided is a microwave, kettle, toaster and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and utensils.

Master Bedroom:
The main bedroom contains a standard sized double bed, with a built in wardrobe & cabinet containing a hairdryer. pillowsand duvets provided (bring your own linen)

Single Bedrooms:
Both single bedrooms contain twin beds plus storage.

Family Bathroom:
A large family bathroom contains a shower, WC, Wash Basin & Heated Towel Rail.

Separate WC:
Contains separate toilet & Wash Basin.

Outside:
Ample parking for 2 vehicles plus a picnic bench & table for your exclusive use. You are just a few minutes from the beach walkway & 5-10 minutes walk to the site amenities.
