Description

Chy Lowen is a wonderful, pet friendly, 3 bed 8 berth 2023 model caravan, situated in a fabulous cul-de-sac position on Piran Point, providing an idyllic base for your family holiday. Named Chy Lowen, Cornish for 'House of Joy'.

Lounge/Dining Room:
This lovely open plan, spacious living area is especially bright and airy. There is plenty of seating for a family of up to 8 people with its large L-Shaped Sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa bed. To keep the family entertained when the weather is not so good, there's a 32" flat screen TV. The caravan is fully central heated & also has a feature flame effect fire in the main living area, ensuring you are all warm & toastie even on those chilly evenings. Opposite you will find the dining area, also featuring an L-Shaped seating arrangement together with two stools. The caravan is tastefully decorated throughout.

Kitchen:
This stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises of a full sized oven & grill with a four burner gas hob. You will also have a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all your cookware & crockery/cutlery.

Master Bedroom:
Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed for a great nights sleep. You will have loads of storage too with a fitted wardrobe, drawers and dressing table with mirror. All duvets & pillows are provided.

Twin Bedroom x 2:
Both bedrooms hasve two single beds, additional storage and again duvets & pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom:
Contains large shower cubicle with power shower, WC & Wash Basin.

Cloakroom: Contains a separate WC & Wash Basin.

Outside:
Parking is directly next to the caravan & outdoor seating.

Additional info:
For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

Owner's booking terms

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am. ...Show less
