TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On the date of departure unless a “late stay” has been agreed and paid for. Please return
the keys to the owner at the end of your holiday.
2. No more than the maximum sleeping capacity of the caravan is allowed at any time. This is
to comply with the fire and safety regulations. More people in the caravan than the number
of berths can also make for an uncomfortable time for all. Any infringement of this rule will
result in the immediate loss of your holiday with no monies refunded.
3. Our aim is to hire caravans of a very high standard that are cleaned to the National Caravan
Council guidelines; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a service. To
help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan,
which they are renting, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end
of their holiday.
4. There is a surcharge of £50 for any damages and understand that accidental breakages do
occur, if any of your party does have an accident, please inform the owner before the end
of your stay they will arrange replacement and send you the bill. The surcharge of £50 will
be returned once the Caravan has been inspected. If the caravan is left in an untidy and
dirty condition at the end of your stay you will lose your surcharge to cover the addition
administration and cleaning cost. To prove that caravans are left in an unsatisfactory
condition, photographs will be taken before the caravan is cleaned and used as evidence.
5. We love pets and understand that a pet is part of the family. Due to park Rules; Pets may
not be allowed to stay on some of the caravan Parks. Please confirm before booking. On
these parks’ dogs are only accepted if kept on a short lead (2 metres maximum) at all times
(even in the dog walk areas). Owners are asked to take their dogs to the dog toilet areas
regularly and to clean up any “accidents” on the park. Dogs must not be left unattended
on the park or in caravan. A small fee of £10 per dog (maximum of two dogs) per holiday
booking on some selected parks.
6. Smoking is not allowed in any caravans or on the decking. The caravans are fully checked
each week ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY SMOKING OR CIGARETTES YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR
AT FULL COST.
7. Only those Named on the completed booking form are entitled to occupy the
accommodation you booked. You and the members of your party must observe the park
rules at all times.
8. Owners cannot accept liability for any injury, loss of damage suffered by you or any
member of your party: Unless there was a wilful default by the owner of the caravan. Death
or personal injury was cause by owners’ negligence.
9. Please note the sites on which caravans are sited cannot be held responsible for any
defects, all complaints/ injuries must be reported at once to the owner you hired the
caravan from.
10. You must inform the caravan owner if you or any of your party contract
infections/contagious diseases while on your stay, this is for other people safely and
personal hygiene!
11. A strict 5 mph speed limit operates on the park. All roads should be used in accordance
with the highway code. Any motorised vehicle or scooter is subject to the same rules as on
a public highway. Please note that parking on the grass is prohibited in wet
conditions/weather.
12. Please respect your neighbours’ peace and privacy and ensure that they are not
inconvenienced by your children, pets, noise (Music/TVs/electronic games etc should not
be audible outside your pitch) or by taking “short cuts” across their pitch. Barbecues and
outdoor meals should be completed and cleared away by 22:30 (10.30 p.m.) and other
people should not be able to hear you after 23:00 (11 p.m.)
13. Barbeques are permitted if provided at your caravan, but please do not use them on
the grass. Fires are not permitted (and no big flames from the barbeque please!). Fireworks
and Chinese lanterns may not be launched from the site or surrounding area.
14. Children (under 18) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. ...Show less

Upon Return of your booking form a minimum £50 deposit is to be paid to reserve your
caravan and date (please note this is a non-refundable deposit)
If you book less than 8 weeks ahead. You must pay the full amount of the holiday at the time
of booking.
Cancellation Terms – all you need to know!
We hope that you do not need to cancel, but if you do need to cancel your terms and
conditions are detailed below.
If the booking is directly affected by Covid-19 travel restrictions or a holiday park closure, then
you are entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel for any reason
For bookings cancelled up to 8 weeks before your holiday start date then we will refund all
your money less the £50 non-refundable deposit.
For bookings cancelled between 4 and 8 weeks before your holiday start date then we will
refund 50% minus the £50 non-refundable deposit.
For bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of your holiday start date then you will forfeit your full
holiday cost.
(The surcharge £50 taken to cover damages will be returned in full, regardless of the
cancellation timings)
How to cancel
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us by postal letter, email, or telephone. The
date of cancellation is the date we receive your letter, email, or log your phone call. To ensure
delivery we recommend all mailed cancellation letters are sent by recorded delivery to the
address below. We can only accept cancellation from the lead booking name unless your
documentary evidence shows they are unable to cancel the booking. ...Show less
