Little break for myself, my Mother, a friend and two small dogs. Absolutely fantastic. More then we actually expected even though we had seen photos. Caravan immaculate, everything working as should, free WiFi, everything good quailty including bedding, price very good, extras left including welcome packs for both humans and dogs. Communication great and nothing was too much trouble for this owner. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again if Caravan free. 5 ???? everything. ????

I can highly recommend Eva's caravans! When we arrived everything was perfectly clean and we felt like at home straight away! Even our dogs were comfy and happy. There's nothing to complain about. Everything you need for a everyday living is there, we are family of 6 with 2 dogs and we had plenty enough room for us all. All the accessories such as TV, fridge etc - was working and it was in brilliant condition. Don't wait and book, because you're missing out! Can't wait for next time!

We have just returned from a 3 day break and I I can honestly say we have never stayed in a better caravan. Right from the booking was made everything was perfect. Eva the owner was in constant contact sending us regular information about the park. Then on arrival we got there to find 2 welcome packs one for the family and another one for our pooch, a lovely gesture which was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend enough this caravan, book it and you will not be disappointed.

Eva communicated on a regular basis and was very helpful with providing us with details of activities in the local area. She was very kind and thoughtful and the beds were very comfortable with appropriate bedding on for the ages of the children 1 age 4 and the other aged 11. The caravan was spotless and spacious/homely with a large enclosed decking with seating and was child secure. The added bonus for the 11 year old and adults was the WiFi and Netflix which was very appreciated. There was more than enough crockery and kitchen equipment which was also an added bonus .The caravan was situated in a quiet area of the park but in a short walking distance to all amenities on the park. When we were leaving Eva gave the children chocolate eggs which was a nice touch. Will recommend the caravan and service to friends. Thank you Eva.

Perfect stay! Very responsive host who even left a doggie stay pack for our pup. The bed was really comfortable and a better quality than most caravan stays. Thank you. We look forward to staying again.

Recently returned from a 3 night stay and we can thoroughly recommend a stay here. (2 Adults + 1 Dog) Although only booked a few days prior…Eva’s communication from initial point of contact to departure was excellent and helped ensure we experienced no issues during our stay and we were well prepared when we arrived. Eva’s caravan is in a lovely but quiet location within the site and just a few mins walk from fabulous coastline and miles of beach which was great for those with a dog or simply enjoy walking. The caravan itself is extremely spacious with all the amenities required, with the welcome pack being a nice touch as well. Spotless throughout, so couldn’t have asked for anymore. Some lovely surrounding villages / pubs as well for those that like to get out a bit. Would thoroughly recommend and looking forward to a further stay should we be in the area. Just returned from what was supposed to be a 5 night stay in Eva’s lovely caravan (Benji’s Burrow) but we loved it so much that we stayed an extra night! It has a modern but homely feel and is situated in a quiet corner of the park which was perfect for the relaxing break we were looking for. We (and our 2 dogs) happily spent our days on the spacious decking which was secure and had the sun for most of the day! Our dogs loved the beach at Hunmanby (6 minute drive away) which was dog friendly and had a wonderful Beach Cafe that had the most beautiful views out over the bay! Eva is brilliant with her communication from initial booking through to your return home and she provides a lovely guest welcome pack and one for any furry friends that may be staying! We will be returning I’m sure!

Eva's advice and information was absolutely amazing from first enquiry and through out, everything was straight forward from booking, checking in to information about local area including links. The accommodation was spotless, with everything we needed and more,a welcome hamper was much appreciated, two teenagers loved the WiFi and that their twin beds were made into one big bed, extras throughout the van made for a more comfy and homely stay. The accommodation was in a lovely quiet spot we enjoyed quiet time on the decking , and all facilities are within walking distance . We loved our stay and would most definitely recommend, thank you Eva and we will 100%be booking with you again

Myself, my partner and our 5 children aged 14,10,9,8 and 5 years have just returned from our break in Eva’s caravan. The caravan is beautifully clean with every pot pan and utensil you could possibly need. The beds were all made up with lovely bedding which smelt lovely and fresh and the bathrooms impeccably clean. The welcome hamper is a nice touch when you first arrive and need that much needed brew! The location of the van itself is good, just a short walk to the quieter bar area and play area and around 5 minutes walk from the main entertainment centre. Tarmac parking pitch makes a huge difference particularly with young children like us. Best of all our children loved the van and the site itself. Thanks again Eva

We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay. Myself, my husband, our 3 children (10,7&3) along with my mum and niece (11) all enjoyed a comfortable stay. The caravan was lovely and clean with all amenities required for an enjoyable stay including tea/coffee/sugar/milk for an arrival cuppa. Eva the owner was great throughout the booking process and could not do enough to help. We stayed in this same caravan last year and have already booked again for next year as the location on site is perfect, on a lovely street where the caravans are nicely spaced out and a short stroll to the Lakeside bar where the kids can play at the adventure playground while we enjoyed a drink in the beer garden (a much more chilled out bar than the main complex) cannot reccommend enough. 5*

This is a great caravan in a great location. Very clean and spacious with excellent access to the onsite facilities. Short stroll to the beach with easy access and dog friendly. Would highly recommended. Owner is lovely with really good customer care and communication. Will definitely be using again ????????

We have just returned from a 4 night stay and we will be booking again It has everything you could possibly need while you are there.lovely location where kids were able to ride their bikes without traffic and what a sun trap for most of the day. We have just returned from a lovely 3 night break at primrose valley after staying in 1 of Eva’s caravans. I can not rate Eva or the caravan highly enough! From Eva’s communication to the impeccability of the caravan everything was perfect! The caravan is furnished beautifully and has everything you could need! It’s situated in a lovely spot and is not too far away from the park’s amenities. Me & my family had a lovely time and the welcome hamper Eva leaves out including for our dog was such a lovely touch. We will definitely be booking again and will recommend Eva to our friends and family.

Just stayed for 4 nights in Eva’s caravan ,everything was absolutely spotless clean. All beds were very comfortable with lovely fluffy bedding. The location was perfect for us being near the lakeside and was lovely and peaceful and only a short walk to main centre. We had a dog with us and she even got left a welcome pack along with the human one. Eva was very quick at responding to any queries I had, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this van again. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a brilliant experience using Eva's caravan at primrose valley. Eva has been so helpful and available to answer any questions without hesitation. The caravan was very modern and clean. Age appropriate bedding on all 3 childrens beds, which was a lovely touch. The caravan was a nice walk from the entertainment venues, meaning was nice and quiet which was great for us with young children. We can not wait to return!

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing few days at this superb caravan . From start to finish the communication with Eva was faultless . Lovely welcome pack on arrival - including tea/ coffee etc and a bigger surprise of a welcome pack for our dog including a blanket and treats . Very clean and comfortable inside , and provided games and books for my granddaughter. Beds comfortable and linen provided ( smelt lovely and fresh ) Outside area was a complete suntrap - daughter in law loved topping up her tan . Location was great and about 10-15 mins walk to the beach , and a couple of minute away from the play area / shop and lakeside restaurant. Will highly recommend booking Eva's caravans ( she has another on the blue dolphin site to ) and we are already looking at booking for next year for an annual family weekend away .

Just to let you know we have had a fab time and found your caravan has given us a lovely holiday????. We have found everything that we needed and more besides with the bed being very comfy after a busy day and late evenings on the decking with wine and beers. The location for the caravan is excellent as we found we were out of the crowds and being a cul de sac found most people around were staying in it. My husband hasn't stayed in a caravan for years and was simply amazed by yours. Thank you very much also for the pet pack which was lovely. Bella and Finch enjoyed their treats. We brought loads of stuff for them, more than for us. We did however appreciate how you made them feel welcome especially as they are so special to us! I will be letting my daughters know about your wonderful caravan as they have young families who would also love it. I will rejoin my husband now to finish our evening. We will indeed be very sad to leave and have made some wonderful memories ?????

We had a wonderful weekend spent at Eva’s caravan. We were a family of 6, with children from 5-15, plus a dog, and they all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The caravan is nicely presented, very spacious, in a lovely location of the park, and impeccably clean. There are such thoughtful touches, such as homely decorations and a box of items for dogs. The kitchen has everything you could need, and more! The caravan owner is incredibly helpful, always quick to reply with any questions, and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, we had a lovely experience from the booking stage to when our stay came to an end.

Wonderful place to stay! Caravan is well equipped and the location is perfect. Everything is close by with only a few minutes walk to the parks and club house. The veranda Is perfect for meals outside it’s nice and secure for little ones and dogs, another bonus is it gets the sun all day. Communication with the host was brilliant, Eva was very helpful and provided us with all the details we needed for a COVID safe holiday ??????????

A really nice, clean and modern caravan with a well equipped kitchen area. Very light, airy and spacious inside. The caravan it situated in a quiet area of the site and is perfect for a relaxing break, but only a short walk to the main centre area. The caravan has an amazing enclosed decked area which is a sun trap, deal for eating outside at the table with handy parasol to hide under if it's too warm. Evas communication was impressive and a hassle free experience. Would highly recommend booking if there's any availability left.

Beautiful, well presented caravan. Spotlessly clean. Warm and in a fantastic position. Large decking with seating for the sunny days and dog secure. The host communicated quickly and was super efficient at answering queries. The extras were very much appreciated (even supplied items and treats for our dog). I would recommend this caravan to anyone. Perfection!

What can I say, if there was a 6 Eva would get them across the board. From the first inquiry to us leaving nothing was too much trouble, the little note for my wife for world nurse day to the little extras for my daughter (frozen bedding to the dogs hamper) the little things make all the difference and it's such a personal touch. The caravan is in top-notch condition and well equipped, situated at the top end of the park near the funfair and pool, but nothing is too far away. would recommend and will be booking again. 10 plus stars from the Dickens family
