Description

The Delta Bromley has 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the living room. There is an open plan lounge and diner which includes a 32” Smart TV with an electric fire in lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with gas oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, pans & cutlery. We have a spacious shower room with toilet and basin and a separate toilet with basin.

Terms and Conditions:

A deposit is required to book your dates and £100 security bond which will be returned once the caravan has been inspected. The balance of the holiday is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Well behaved dogs welcome maximum 2 per caravan charge for dogs £25 per dog. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the holiday home without being crated.
No smoking inside the caravan or on the decking.
No groups (park policy)
Park passes are NOT included & can be purchased at reception when you arrive.

COVID-19: Book in confidence. If you hire our caravan and under national government guidelines your holiday is cancelled, we will return any money paid including your deposit.

Great week away with the family. Caravan was really well equipped and very spacious. Location is great, very close to the main facilities. Would definitely recommend.

The van and the location were perfect. spotlessly clean, fully kitted and comfortably accommodated 9 of us and a dog! it was seconds to be in the main newly renovated entertainment block. lots of space for us to sit in nice little sun trap and room for kids to play. owner was professional and perfect with brilliant communication answering questions very quickly and helping us get our activities sorted. thanks for a lovely break!

Excellent weekend away with family, this was my first ever time in a caravan and it was such a great experience! That good I’ve re-booked for another weekend. Everyone on site was really friendly & there was lots to do. The caravan itself was super clean I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a weekend away!

Owner's booking terms

1. We are unable to accept a booking of same sex groups i.e Stag / hen parties under park dean rules.
2. Check in: you may check in after 16:00 on the date of arrival Stephanie will send you pin code for the key safe which is located at the front door of the holiday home.
3. At least one guest must be 21 years or over.
4. Terms and conditions relating to payment terms and conditions regarding payment, deposits, bond as per ukcaravansforhire.
5. The security bond held on the caravan will be returned to you following inspection of the caravan, any breakages, soiling etc that requires replacement or additional cleaning will be deducted from the bond. We understand accidents do happen to ensure that we can respond to these accidents please contact Stephanie Don immediately.
6. The caravan is only able to accommodate 6 guests under site Health and Safety rules and our insurance, please do not exceed the number of guests declared on your booking as you will risk being removed from the park.
7. We welcome dogs to our holiday homes, we provide throws which we request are used to protect the furniture for future guests.
8. It is the responsibility of guest to purchase passes from Park Dean to enter the entertainment complex and make full use of its facilities.
9. Passes are required for all persons 5 and above to enter the facilities on the Park Dean site.
10. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure their dog is kept on a lead at all times when around the park.
11. No smoking is permitted in the caravan, please use the outside area to smoke and dispose of any cigarettes accordingly.
12. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect other holiday makers, security will remove guests exceeding noise levels.
13. Prior to departure please ensure all bin waste are placed in the communal bins provided, please do not leave outside the caravan as seagulls will open them.
14. When leaving our holiday home, please ensure you have checked you have all of your belongings, phones, ipads, charging cables etc we can not take responsibility for any items left behind.
