Our deluxe holiday home is very modern and benefits from being 13ft wide and 40ft long.
The Living Room has a large smart TV, DVD player also built-in Wi-Fi. There is an electric blow out fire for instant heat in addition to the central heating. It has a large settee which folds out into a double bed, also a separate chair, there is a table with 4 chairs in the living room area and it benefits from a fully fitted carpet for extra comfort.
The Kitchen is integrated with high gloss cupboards. We prove a washing machine and separate temple dryer which are situated outside in the shed.
Our caravan offers 2 bedrooms the main bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables, dressing table with stool and smart TV with built in DVD player. This bedroom has large walk in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside table, overhead storage, large wardrobe and chest of drawers together with TV with built-in the DVD player. Both bedrooms have carpets and a clean regularly. Please note all our beds are made up on arrival ready for guests.
There are French doors from the living Room which lead on to the decking and seating area.
If you would like to book our caravan we require £50 deposit. The deposit is returnable within a few days after your holiday when the property has been checked for any breakages or damages to the property. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. We ask our guests to arrive after 1pm & leave no later than 10 am on the morning of departure so that we can thoroughly clean & prepare the caravan for our next guest. If you cancel your holiday the deposit is non-refundable
