We hope you enjoy staying in our lovely, holiday home, she’s certainly a looker! She’s got everything we think you will need for your stay.
Sorry, We don’t supply towels.
We do ask for a £100 security deposit for you and £50 for pets, this is charged when booking but will be refunded if no damage found.
This is so we can make sure each guest will receive the perfect stay and any damages can be rectified quickly. But, of course this is refunded after the caravan has been checked and it’s all hunky-dory. Changeover days are Mondays, Fridays ONLY.
Check out time is 11am and check in time is after 3pm this is so we can be there to greet you in person, answer any questions and settle you in.
We can provide shopping from Morrisons if you require, so your fridge is fully stocked to your requirements. (extra charge)

Description

If you book our holiday home you will enjoy a place that has everything, walks, beach, entertainment, kids adventures. All whilst staying in a brand new, comfortable and modern static caravan.
Plenty of DVD’s, board games, books etc.. to keep everyone occupied. We provide a welcome hamper for humans and dogs!
Decking with Outdoor furniture.
We accept well-behaved children and very well behaved dogs. Maximum of 6 occupants.
There’s lots to do and if you get bored of that, the walks to Filey and Scarborough along the cliff tops is stunning. It’s also a short drive to the supermarkets and towns.
There is a reliable bus service that stops just a 2 minute walk from the caravan.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms the main bedroom has a double sized bed with en-suite WC.
If you want to ask any questions feel free to message me, I will provisionally book your dates for you for 48 hours after I’ve sent you the payment details, once you’ve decided to book it’s just a £50 deposit then the full balance 6 weeks before the arrival date.
If a deposit is not made within the 48 hours you run the risk of losing those dates. And the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

COVID-19: Book in confidence. If you hire our caravan & we are still in lockdown or we go into another lockdown, please don’t worry, we will return any money paid, even your security deposit, or rebook to a different available date of the same value.

Myself, my partner and dog stayed for the first time at this caravan, we will definatly be staying again, great value for money, beautiful caravan, home from home, we booked directly through the owner, after seeing it advertised at the park Dean resort, very relaxing holiday, with no worries, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect stay, always on hand if needed and extra touches, such as milk in the fridge, teabags and coffee in the cupboard, so we could make a drink when we arrived, thankyou so much, the owner, the caravan, the resort comes highly recommended from us, thankyou, Jackie, Jeff and Alfie

Immaculate and well cared for with all the home comforts. I stayed for a week and this was a great starting point for some great days out along the east coast. Everything you could need with a well-stocked provision cupboard which was a godsend as I’d forgotten salt! Very efficient heating and the shower was fabulous to get into after a days walking - decent water pressure and easy to control the temperature. WiFi signal was great too which made planning my days out easy on OS Maps. Dog walking areas on the site are good with wooded areas to allow your pooch to run about freely. Highly recommend a stay in this van ????

Had a wonderful stay, really lovely property with lots to do on and off site! Went into Cayton, along to the beach and even tried out the arcade like big kids! Lovely home from home to stay in and was perfect for a little weekend away. Great customer service, immaculately clean, couldn’t have asked for better!

Had a lovely holiday in this excellent caravan. Very clean throughout and ideally situated on the park for all facilities. Can thoroughly recommend. We had some lovely walks with our dog along the cliff tops and into Cayton village. We look forward to a return visit.

Thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful lodge. I cannot recommend you enough to everyone!! Your holiday home is beautiful, modern and pristine clean. You went out of your way to make us welcome and the welcome basket both for us and our dogs was so lovely ???? A lovely comfortable home from home. The site it’s situated on is great, the local pubs provide great food and the beach is spectacular. We cannot wait to come again xxxx

Never ever use this lady kept our deposit all because apparently I didn’t wash the cup correctly and it left one ring mark in so she said she needed it as a cleaning fee! Never ever would book again with this person!

Hi Hayley, I’m sorry you feel this way. I haven’t heard from you since you stayed in the caravan. So this it the first I knew you were upset!? Unfortunately, due to the damage caused to the wall in the bedroom and the dirty kitchen ware (not just one mug), it cost me an extra fee from my cleaner and the cost of fixing the wall. So, I’m sorry you feel that the £10 retained for the extra cleaning bill was too much.

We had a fantastic stay! The van is spotless, very comfortable lounge seating area. Beds comfortable ( especially the double!) Bedding and pillows of a good quality. Ensuite in double room is a big bonus! Loved the terrace, sitting out having drinks in the sunshine. Beach close by and costal walks into Scarborough or Filey make the location perfect. Good supermarket on site also pub serving decent food. Another pub at side of park. What more could anyone want?! Will def be returning
