Situated in the area of Rockley Vale, we welcome you to our brand new home from home! The holiday home is a short walk from the entertainment, facilities and also Rockley's very own beach and water sports
A spacious 37ft by 12ft holiday home featuring a good sized living area with a table and seating for 6.
The kitchen boasts a full- sized fridge freezer, microwave, oven, cooker, toaster, kettle and a full complement of cutlery, pots and pans.
Sleeping up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms; 1 double, 2 twins and an additional double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. There are cupboards in all bedrooms with hangers and USB sockets next to the beds.
We do not accept pets to stay in our caravan.
A hair dryer is also provided.
A toilet/shower with an additional toilet with storage compartments.
Central heating and double glazing throughout.
32" flat screen LCD TV in living area and a Bluetooth speaker
There is space for parking next to the holiday home, a paving area with outdoor furniture and a veranda accessed from outside.
Baby facilities include;, travel cot, bedding, high chair and children’s condiments.
Boards games.
Linen NOT currently provided however can be rented from my cleaner for a coast. You are welcome to bring your own. Pillows and duvets are available for you to use, please let us know if you wish to bring your own.
£100 non-refundable deposit to secure your stay and full payment 30 days prior to your arrival.
£100 Refundable Deposit in case of any damaged/broken items or failure to return the key.
Entertainment passes are not included, these can be purchased from the main reception.
