Our lovely, spacious, home from home 2 bedroom (6 berth) caravan with large gated lockable veranda with patio table and chairs is situated on West Sands at Seal Bay Resort in the quaint town Selsey, Chichester. It is in a nice quiet spot, but only a 10 minute walk to the seafront Embassy Club and private beach.

Seal Bay Resort comprises 3 sites and they provide free bus transport around the park. They provide award winning entertainment. Park facilities include indoor swimming pools with lazy river and slides, 2 large live music/entertainment venues, arcades, 2 onsite shops, 10 pin bowling, crazy golf, dino karts, fun fair, kids clubs, soft play, outdoor playgrounds, launderette, gym, wellness suite, indoor sports court for Badminton, table tennis, basketball or football, and an outdoor sports court for tennis and basketball. The Lido is a large outdoor entertainment area with pool, splash park and areas for sunbathing. There is also a stage and big screen. There are also many bookable activities, so you will never be bored during your stay!

Chichester is a 20 minute drive with Bognor Regis only half an hour drive from Selsey. There are many routes for walking and cycling and there is a nature reserve next to the park.

There are many places to eat including the Smugglers Rest, Café Lido, Smokey's Ocean Bar, Fish & Chips, Millie's Cookies and Papa John's Pizzas who also deliver!

Caravan facilities include a spacious living area, comfy seating with a separate dining area. The well-quipped kitchen has everything needed for your stay. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a large shower room, with wash basin and toilet and the main bedroom has an en-suite toilet. We have a parking space to the front of the caravan with a path leading to the veranda.

For your arrival, we include beds made up, complementary tea and coffee and some essentials to make your initial arrival as easy as possible. We can also supply a travel cot and/or high chair upon request free of charge. Free WiFi is also available. 4G is generally good around the park.

In the caravan there is a large smart TV with Netflix in the living area and a smaller TV in the main bedroom, Wii console and games, board games, DVD player and a selection of DVD's. We have fans for the warmer weather and an iron and ironing board.

Passes are going electronic from the 2022 season. You will receive an email with a link to purchase passes and create an account in the holiday guests app. Passes can be printed or shown digitally to gain access to the facilities.

Bookings are Monday - Friday (4 nights), Friday - Monday (3 nights) or Friday - Friday (7 nights). Check in is from 4 pm (earlier if the caravan is ready) and check out is 10.30 am.
