A spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom (suitable for 6 people) 2021 Static home to rent all year round.

Set in a quiet new developed site at Pentire Park, close to the award-winning coastal town of Bude on the stunning North Cornwall/Devon border. 1 Double bedroom room, 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds, shower room, 2 toilets, well equipped kitchen, Dishwasher, gas central heating, fans in all bedrooms, 50" Smart TV, DVD, WIFI, extra large patio with outdoor seating for dining and relaxing, which overlooks open fields and the coast with stunning sunsets.

Relax and unwind at the end of your day and reconnect with family and friends. There is plenty of open space on site and an adventure playground to allow mini visitors to explore safely and let their imaginations roam free.

Situated just 2½ miles from the beach at Sandymouth Bay and a stone’s throw from the historic village of Kilkhampton, Pentire Park is ideally located for exploring the many delights of Cornwall and Devon.

Kilkhampton, which is a five-minute walk, offers two Pubs, Fish & Chips, Pizza, Chinese as well as a local store and small CO-OP. Bude, with its gorgeous sandy beaches, is a five-minute drive away, and offers a greater number of bars, restaurants shops and stores. Bus routes run from Kilkhampton into Bude.

Well behaved family pets are welcomed, we request you don't allow them on the beds or furniture. Please inform us at time of booking, this is a caravan so two large dogs just doesn't work!

There is free parking available for one car adjacent to the Static home, other cars may park free next to the reception. Linen provided. Please provide your own towels.
The mobile home will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival. We prefer Sat-Sat stays, however please enquire if you have different dates in mind.
Please vacate by 10am on your day of departure.
Access is via a key collection from the park reception, late arrival can be arranged.

Fantastic new caravan, couldn't have asked for better. Having a dishwasher made the holiday!! It does have all you need while you're away.

Wow! The caravan is immaculate. It has all the equipment and facilities you need for a good holiday and it is very clean. The beds are comfy too ????. Lee provides you with a card so that you can use the facilities at Penstowe which is a bonus. Lee is very responsive to questions you may have too. The position of the caravan is great as the views are fantastic, plus you are only 10mins from Bude. Highly recommend a stay at this caravan/site. Stayed here with my husband, 14year old son and grandparents and there is plenty of room. 5 ???? stars and we will be returning here. Thank you Lee for allowing us to stay.

My partner and I were lucky enough to stay in this lovely caravan. We were really struggling to find a decent priced caravan in Cornwall and this one came up and it was perfect. The owner was super helpful and friendly and he sorted out the dates we wanted. He took the time to chat with me over the phone and answered any questions we had. The caravan itself is located on a lovely site. It’s very quiet and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff were friendly at reception and helpful. The caravan is about a 10 min drive away from Bude which was so good for us as we went for a swim in the sea pool every evening. It’s also about 5 mins away from Sandy mouth which is also a really nice beach. The caravan was clean and had amazing facilities. The shower was powerful and refreshing, we hardly had to do washing up with a dishwasher, a cleaning pack was provided with dishwasher tablets as well as everything we needed like a freezer, ice cube trays, all plates and glasses as well as fans in every room! We also had a drying rack which was very helpful as we would hang out wet stuff out on the decking over night after we’d been swimming. The beds were super comfy and enough coat hangers were provided for us. We enjoyed the dvd collection in the living room as well as the smart tv. The decking was amazing to sit out on too and I was happy it was facing a view rather than another caravan as it gave us privacy and a nice view of the country side. Can’t thank the owners enough for letting us stay in their caravan I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wants a luxury stay in Cornwall for a decent price. We had a lovely holiday and a great anniversary away. We’d 100% stay here again. Thanks again for the lovely break :)

We had a lovely stay here, the caravan was spotless and had everything we needed, loved the usb sockets for the kids and all their charging needs! The fans in all the bedrooms were fab as we had a warm week. We will definitely be back ????
