This luxury 6 berth caravan is in fabulous condition and is complete with all mod cons including central heating to ensure a very comfortable holiday all times of the year for families and couples alike. The caravan is set in a very tranquil surrounding. It is enclosed in its own very private garden and has an unusual sunny aspect on the park and indeed enjoys sunshine for most of the day, (do note if you like the sun that many of the caravans on this park are completely under the tree canopy and get little if no sun). There is very little light pollution in the area where this holiday home is set, which is great for star gazing.

There is ample parking for 2 cars.

It is positioned quietly off the thorough fair on this award winning holiday park, yet it is a only a five minute walk from the village square with its Health & Fitness Club with Superb Gym, Heated Indoor Pool (temporary membership payable direct to the site), pub, restaurant, Bistro (with Take-away), well-stocked and reasonably-priced mini-supermarket, helpful Information Centre, and Outdoor Pool; the 2 Tennis Hardcourts are just a further couple of minutes away. There are numerous walks and cycle routes. (Cycle hire also available on site). All of the On-Site Staff go out of their way to be friendly & helpful. There really is something for everyone to do all on site.

In the caravan there are 2 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite toilet and wash basin, and one twin. Both bedrooms have ample storage/wardrobes.

The lounge also has a bed settee which converts into a comfortable small double bed. Duvets and pillows provided, but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

There is a good sized bathroom with a large very efficient shower and a toilet and wash basin. The comfortable lounge area has a large sofa and two armchairs. There is a freeview television with a DVD player.

In the dining area you will find a free standing dining table that seats 6 in comfort.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a large fridge freezer, gas oven and grill, 4 ring gas hob. You will find everything here that you will need. There is also a microwave for your convenience, iron and ironing board.

Attached to the caravan is a porch that has further additional seating and is a great area to hang your coats and leave your shoes etc.

Outside you will find a veranda which is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol.
