Caister Holiday Park - Holiday Accommodation 12647

We have a lovely well presented 3 bedroom caravan located at havens Caister-on-sea holiday park located in a lovely quiet area only 2 minute walk to the main amenities

We only allow bookings within the summer holidays (one week only from Fridays) CURRENTLY TAKING BOOKINGS FOR SUMMER 2023.

Caravan:
⚡️parking space for 2 cars Maximum
⚡️modern open plan living space/kitchen
⚡️ large tv with freeview/DVD player, sky cables are all connected if you would also like to bring your sky HD box (not including Sky Q)
⚡️ 3 bedrooms - one double with en-suite, two other rooms have two single beds. Each room also has a tv fitted with freeview.
⚡️family bathroom has a shower, the en-suite only has a toilet.
⚡️kitchen amenities include: microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven, kettle, toaster, hoover (under bed)
⚡️duvets and pillows are included but you will have to bring your own bedding sheets.
⚡️decking area has a seating as well as patio having a large table and chairs to enjoy on warmer days.
⚡️travel cot are available to use if travelling with young children bed guard as well as a few toys for them to enjoy.
⚡️no smoking/pets under any circumstances due to allergies in the family - your damages deposit will be lost if there is any sign of this.

❗️A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. (This does not apply if booking less than 8 weeks to your stay as full payment will be needed)
❗️Payments must be made 8 weeks prior to your stay.
❗️A £150 damages deposit is also required, this will be refunded once you have vacated and the premises has been checked. Any signs of damage, misuse, smoking or pets you will unfortunately lose this.
