Stunning uninterrupted sea view from caravan, outside grey rattan furniture, exterior XL beanbags, bbq, and storage box. Bedrooms have tv with dvd, one being large room with dressing table and walk in wardrobe, and ensuite comprising shower, toilet and basin. The second bed has twin beds with TV dvd a wardrobe and mirror. The second bathroom is identical to the ensuite. The dining room has seating for 4 with views of the sea. There is a selection of board games, wi games, and DVDs as well as selection of reading books if you like to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen comprising gas cooker and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, toasties maker, and omlette maker. It really is like home from home. When you look out to sea you could be anywhere in the world, it's such a tranquil place to be. It's mainly our holiday home, but are welcoming guests for short periods to also share our caravan.

Myself and my family have had a lovely stay at Crimdon Dene in this beautiful caravan. A pure home from home experience! Beautifully presented, immaculate and everything you could need for a pleasant stay- The sea views are spectacular! We were greeted by Donna who gave us a welcoming reception and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch! We will definitely be back, thank you for a fab holiday. 5*

The caravan was beautiful and is located on the sea front with an amazing view and one or two minutes walk away from the facilities. As for the host, Donna provided an amazing service and ensured we had absolutely everything we needed from start to finish - we could not be happier.

A wonderful few days in a beautiful caravan with a fantastic view of the sea. The Welcome Basket was real luxury and most unexpected. Everything was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The owner's communication was excellent.

Absolutely amazing stay at this suburb holiday home,, There were so many extras included and a beautiful welcome basket of gorgeous goodies so kind of Donna to do this., I can’t praise enough, the caravan was top notch, beautiful decor and facilities, I honestly don’t think you could stay any where on a caravan park better than this, thank you Donna for making our stay special we would definitely stay again.

A very high spec caravan and could not fault anything. Excellent frontline position overlooking the sea. Peaceful and relaxing. All bed linen and towels provided. Plenty of cooking facilities if needed, but as we were there only 4 nights we only used the basics. Probably our favourite was the patio doors to decking with comfortable outdoor seating. A must when weather is sunny, as it was most of the time. Donna, the owner gave us a very warm welcome and offered any assistance during our stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

The caravan was beautiful and in very good condition. The view is excellent as well with it being next to the coastline. The caravan had everything you needed and had plenty of games, books and toys for young children to enjoy. Looking forward to coming back.
